A $50 fee plus a deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure all bookings not guaranteed by credit card.
On check-in, our reception staff will take a credit card pre-authorisation. This is only an authorisation and the final bill will be settled upon checkout.
The authorisation, if not used, is released at the time of check out. Due to some banks processing times, it may take up to five working days to appear in your account.
Cash is not accepted for authorisation or payment without a valid credit card being present. Guests are welcome to pay cash for their bill however a credit card is also required on check in for any incidentals.
We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, EFTPOS & CASH. In addition we accept pre-established credit approved accounts by the Hotel to charge back.
Payments made to the directly to the Hotel by using a credit card attract a surcharge of additional 1.5% [on Visa and MasterCard] 2.5% [American Express, JCB, China Union and Diners Club Card] on the total invoice amount.

In the event of cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of a full room night charge identical to their room booking(s).
In the event of cancellation before the 24 hours prior to arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled with no fee attavched.
Cancellation Policy will be invalid in the event of:
