Fully tiled bathroom includes an automatic washing machine with separate shower & toilet rooms for extra privacy. Set in stunning park like grounds with extensive flowering gardens, a swimming pool which is contained within a beautiful hedge and a ¾ tennis court available for guest use free of charge. With undercover carport parking and lock up bicycle storage. Direct access to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail from rear of the property and situated about 1km from Bright town centre.

Alinga Longa Apartments have a full kitchen, dining and lounge area. There’s a great courtyard out back and a sunny deck out the front. These renovated 2 bedroom apartments offer a queen bed plus set of single bunks and single bed so even the larger family can be really comfortable here.
Beyond the apartments there’s a great outdoor area which includes an undercover BBQ area and in-ground pool. Access from the rear of the property onto the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and situated 800m from town. Alinga Longa has shared laundry facilities available for guest use.

REX'S RUN FARMHOUSE, 7257 Great Alpine Road, Bright *Sleeps 11 people
With accommodation over 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this renovated original farmhouse is perfect for large family groups. There is a great family kitchen with full size stove/oven and double fridge which opens out to a large lounge/dining area complete with slow combustion fire. The front bathroom has a bath and the laundry is also off the hallway there. The big back bedroom (bedroom 4) has its own bathroom and another smaller lounge/tv room. The property is situated on 3 acres with many fruit trees from which you are welcome to sample the fruits and loads of grass for the kids to run in. From the rear there is a track down to the river which is great for swimming. It's just a short 2km drive into Bright and 1km to access onto the rail trail.

This lovely beach house is perfectly located 100m from Cape Woolamai Safety Beach and 50m from the general store. An older style holiday home which has been transformed to provide quality accommodation for the budget conscious. Perfect for up to two families this very affordable double storey holiday house is very spacious. Downstairs there’s a Rumpus room with billard table, air hockey table, TV & DVD. Upstairs the living room offers Large flatscreen TV & DVD and split system air conditioning. The new kitchen overlooks the fully fenced back yard where you can watch the children play.

Rothery House is circled by a classic Australian veranda and shaded by a magnificent old Lynden tree.
It is right in the centre of the town only metres from shops, local pubs and restaurants. Rothery House has been perfectly restored with great attention to historic detail, with a few thoughtful modern upgrades to give you all the comforts of home. The living area is spacious, yet oh so cosy - who doesn’t love an open fire, perhaps with a glass of local wine? The kitchen is modern but with rustic wooden benchtops and professional series kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. There's 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom includes a very large shower and luxurious bathtub. Four bedrooms tucked away, each bed with high quality double cushion covered mattresses and fitted with electric blankets. You honestly won’t want to leave your bed.

DARGO CHALET
Dargo Chalet is a stunning completely private chalet right on Mt. Hotham in Davenport village. You this luxury chalet entirely to yourself!
It's walking distance to the Big D, the popular summer bar and restaurant spot The General, and in close proximity to the best hiking trails and walks.
The property is on a large acreage of land with plenty of privacy.
You walk in to a wonderfully warm entrance which is tiled and also doubles as your drying room.
The entrance hall has a wonderful gas heater which not only heats the entrance, dries all your skis and jackets, etc but also permeates to the rest of the house.
The comfortable lounge is the perfect place to cuddle up in front of a roaring fire.
The property has two modern bathrooms tiled with showers, toilets and basins. The second and larger bathroom also houses a new electrolux washing machine and dryer.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has a Queen sized bunk bed on the lower and then two large King Single bunk beds.

Terms & Conditions

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed to in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed to in advance or we reserve the right to terminate your stay.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional costs.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Theft and Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
Pets are allowed ONLY at Alinga Longa apartment 2.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING WITHIN OUR PROPERTIES
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement in writing.
You will be required to complete a Bond Authorisation Form prior to arrival as security against any costs incurred for any damage/breakage/loss/ excess cleaning arising from your stay.
While we will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of reservation to secure the booking.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.
If you have booked within 14 days of arrival full payment will be required immediately.
If payments are not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation if caused by the client, all monies paid are not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period.
If a refund is made due to the property being re-let a cancellation fee of $75 will apply.
