We accept that itineraries can change and we will always do our best to resell rooms even if cancelled at the last minute. Should we not be able to achieve this then one night’s accommodation if cancelled with less than 7 days notification - will be charged. When a booking is made the price is quoted for the unit and the number of people stated. Should this number be reduced and no alternative units are available for transfer, the full unit price will be charged as originally quoted. Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
