Harper Creek Cottage
Harper Creek Cottage is a lovely farm cottage, located 18km from Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland, Australia. Once part of a larger acre pastoral property, the 115-acre farm is situated along the pristine Harper Creek. The Cottage lies next to the creek with an area of 10 acres for the family to enjoy.
After getting the keys to the cottage in August 2022, Harper Creek Cottage’s current owners have transformed the property into a beautiful family farm stay, which has been described as an idyllic place to unwind and reconnect with family.
1.5 hours' drive from Brisbane, 50 minutes from the glorious beaches of the Sunshine Coast and only 15 minutes from Maleny town centre, the now 115-acre property sits adjacent to Harper Creek, neighboured by other working farms.
Reconnecting with family is at the forefront of overhaul, with a 1-acre green park area next to the Creek taking centre stage at the back of the cottage, tank water used for the home and garden, and a solar panel system, Harper Creek Cottage is a beautiful country getaway, while laying lightly on the environment to protect the land which surrounds it.
