A few important notes:
Light sleepers may experience noise, but we strive to ensure a peaceful stay. Please contact us within the cancellation policy if needed.
A $200 security bond (per room) is required.

The Hotels are subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act. The Act contains 10 National Privacy Principles that set the standards for the handling of personal information. The venues have a commitment to privacy and the safeguarding of member, visitor and staff personal information. Any personal information provided by you to the organisation (e.g. name, address, date of birth and contact details), including information collected, will be protected.
The organisation does not usually disclose your personal information to any other organization or person unless there is a legal requirement to do so. Our company may also disclose personal information to relevant authorities if it reasonably believes that there is a threat to an individual's life, health or safety, or public health or safety. If the company has reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, personal information may be used or disclosed as a necessary part of any investigation and reporting to relevant persons or authorities.
The company may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the company. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information may be collected from you if you make an enquiry by telephone, email or via our websites, when you make a reservation or at the time of check in or check out or as a result of your dealings with us during your stay at our hotel.
Hotel Guests are required to provide a driver’s license or passport and credit card used to book the accommodation to verify their identity and provide a security bond to the hotel. The Hotel may use your personal information for the following purposes.
- To manage your reservation and booking
- To send you emails of confirmations/changes or requests
- To contact you regarding your stay with our hotel
- To comply with any obligations imposed on us by law
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are committed to take reasonable precautions to protect the security of your personal information. This includes limiting access to our computer systems by the use of passwords and other security devices to prevent unauthorised access, modification, use or disclose and backup systems to prevent accidental or malicious loss of data or information.
We will take such steps as are reasonable to discard any personal information that we have about you if there is no longer any need for us to retain that information.

DAMAGES & THEFT POLICY
We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property/structure or theft for the of hotel items. If such damage or theft is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or alternatively send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum. Please be advised that ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING ROOMS. Smoking in the rooms WILL incur costs for additional cleaning, dry cleaning, sanitation and professional carpet cleaning.
GUEST LIABILITY
The liability for guests for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
Payment Policy
PAYMENT POLICY
Credit Card details are required to secure your reservation online, over the phone or in person. Payment will not be taken at time of booking unless specified. On arrival for check-in the total payment for the room will be processed as well as a $200 Pre-authorisation of your credit card will be required for the rooms incidentals fee (bond). A pre-authorisation payment will automatically void after 7 days if not requested earlier.
Photo Identification must be presented to confirm ownership of the credit card.
Forms of payment accepted:
Credit Card:
All credit card payments Visa, MasterCard or AMEX are acceptable and incur an additional % surcharge of the total invoice.
Cash:
Is acceptable for the accommodation payment. Cash is NOT accepted for the Security bond.
Cheques:
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit. Please check with the property management before sending a cheque.
Cancellation Policy
The hotel provides the following cancellation policy options;
24- Hour Cancellation Window:
- Travellers who cancel 24 hours or more before 1:00pm AEST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
- Travellers who cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival on the day of check-in (including no shows) are charged: The first night of their stay plus taxes.
Non-Refundable:
- Travellers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Early Departure Policy:
- Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled departure date will be charged for the full length of their stay unless adequate notice is provided, and we are able to re-sell the room.
