Welcome to Harveys Beach House, situated in peaceful Burns Street this wonderful new property has all you need for a great time in Byron Bay.

The property consists of four bedrooms, each with King or Twin Bedding options available, this makes it a great option for both family groups or friends getaways! With the latest furnishings and appliances, Harveys Beach Houses will accommodate your quick trip or longer holiday equally well. The outdoor decking area comes complete with BBQ to enjoy those warm Byron evenings and is an entertainers dream.

The property is handily situated a short walk from Byron Bays' main CBD and beach and also a short walk to the Byron Bay Brewery & Byron Arts Factory.

Harveys Beach House is available all year round and has a minimum three night stay.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 10% of the total tariff is payable on booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival.

Please note the booking deposit is non-refundable. *(See cancellation policy for updated Covid-19 terms).

*Schoolies bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions which are advisable on booking.

The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle. You must lock your vehicle at all times as well as all doors and windows when away from the beach house.

Check In is 2 pm. However you are welcome to call us on the day to check if the house is ready prior to entering.
Check out is strictly 10am.
Late checkout is based on availability and is charged at $20 per hour up until 2pm.

No Party Policy:
As our beach houses are located in a residential areas we have strict rules when it comes to noise and parties.
For the comfort and enjoyment of neighboring properties we ask that you keep noise to a minimum at all times.
There is to be no noise after 10pm. This includes but is not limited to music, yelling, swearing, and loud talking. This must be adhered to and carries strict penalties if not complied with. We suggest that you move inside after 10pm.
Visitors are permitted at the property however are not to exceed 6 persons between 8am and 10pm.
If you are making excessive noise after 10pm and before 8am security will be called.
All neighbouring properties have the details of local security so you will not be able to avoid penalties if you break the rules.

Warnings from security will incur penalties and you will face eviction:
1st warning will incur a $250 fine.
2nd Warning will incur a $500 fine
3rd Warning you will be evicted from the property.

*Definition of noise: If others can hear your music, TV or voices outside the house after 10pm.

Security Bond:
A security bond of $1000* is held on your nominated credit card prior to arrival. The security bond will be charged if
the beach house is not left in the condition it is in on check in. The security bond will also be charged should house rules
be broken and or an eviction of your group takes place.

*$2,500.00 for School Leaver bookings

 Rubbish is to be removed and placed in garbage bins located in the car park. Pick up all cigarette butts, can tops
from the house, decks and gardens
 All furniture is to be placed back in its original position
 The kitchen is to be left as it was found with all dishes, cutlery ect cleaned and put away
 The BBQ is to be cleaned
 Any damages, breakages or missing items must be reported to management
 All pet droppings to be discarded from the yard.

Any excess cleaning, carpet cleaning, rubbish removal or painting due to smoke residue is required this will be deducted
from your security bond.

Any additional charges for damage or repairs above the $1000 bond, will be charged to the credit card used to make the original booking.

Management reserve the right to evict tenants who are in breach of house rules.

Credit Card transactions will attract the following surcharges;

Domestic Visa & Mastercard: 1.5%

Cancellation Policy

In light of recent events, we have amended our cancellation policy.

If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions, deposits are fully refundable. Proof of inability to travel due to Covid-19 based restrictions must be supplied to activate the full refund.

If cancelling for other reasons, deposits are non-refundable.
