An elegant, traditional Queenslander with timeless architecture — Heal House. Enjoy a luxurious stay in this Brisbane boutique Guest House.
From the moment you enter the circular drive and are greeted by your hosts, Heal House is a unique experience to be savoured. With attention to detail at every turn from the wide verandahs with their inviting reading nooks, beautifully appointed suites and relaxing and stylish living areas, nothing has been left to chance.
Centrally located in the heart of New Farm and within an easy stroll of the Brisbane Powerhouse, dining precincts of James Street Fortitude Valley, New Farm and the CBD, Heal House is an urban oasis.
Breakfast is served daily between 7 and 9am either in the breakfast room or on the verandahs and includes locally-sourced produce to create a mouth-watering start to the day.
Each of the three guest suites have their own beautifully appointed ensuite featuring granite tiles, custom vanities and premium amenities, giving you the chance to relax and unwind in five star luxury.

Arrivals
Every effort is made to accommodate today’s world traveller. Standard check-in time for all suites at Heal House is between 2pm and 6pm, however this can be extended to 9pm if requested in advance.
Should guests arrive early and the designated suite is not yet available, luggage can be stored and guests invited to use the lounge or explore the city.
Check Out -
On the day of your departure, guests are asked to vacate the suite by 10am to allow house-keeping to prepare the suite for the next guests.
Cancellation Policy -
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If an individual suite is cancelled up to seven days prior to the day of arrival, 50% of the total booking will be forfeited.
Where a suite is cancelled between eight days and two weeks prior to the day of arrival, 25% of the total booking will be forfeited.
Where a suite is cancelled more than two weeks prior to the day of arrival, a $100 cancellation/administration fee will be charged.
Heal House is for the exclusive use of overnight guests only (maximum 6 adults total - maximum 2 per room) and guests are not permitted to invite further guests onto the property. Access to Heal House is via a set of stairs and due to the heritage nature of the property we are unable to accommodate wheel-chairs , children under 18 years of age or animals. Also, due to the quiet residential position Heal House is not available as a party or event space or for wedding preparations and loud music is not permitted at any time. The kitchen is used by the hosts for the service of guests' breakfasts and is not available for guests' own meal preparations.
Please note that the hosts do live on-site.
