Terms & Conditions
1. Security Bond: you are required to present a valid Credit/Debit card at check in, against which we will pre-authorise a $200 security bond. Alternatively the security bond can be paid by EFTPOS or cash. The security bond will be released within 7 days of check-out subject to you having complied with the Conditions of Use.
2 Late check-out, where not previously arranged, will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour or part thereof.
3. Number of guests must not exceed the number shown on the booking confirmation.
4. Pets not permitted and check-in will be refused if you arrive with a pet.
5. No smoking in the Chalet. Smoking in the chalet will result in automatic loss of your security bond.
6. Consumption of or possession of illegal substances whilst on the property will result in immediate termination of your rental and expulsion from the property.
7. The cost incurred by us to rectify damage and or breakages to the premises, furnishings, floor coverings or equipment by you will be deducted from your bond.
8. Excess cleaning charges incurred by us as a result of unreasonable soiling of the Chalet or hot-tub spa by you will be deducted from your security bond.
Payment Policy
A $200 deposit is required to secure a booking. This will be charged to your credit card prior to the booking being confirmed.
The balance of payment is required to be made at check-in. This can be paid by credit card, EFTPOS or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration charge of $100.
