Property Information
Hidden Valley Eco Lodges & Day Spa is a luxury adults only retreat located in the beautiful Perth Hills. Surrounded by Jarrah forest, rolling hills & valleys, wineries & Cider House, you can choose to explore the region or relax in your beautiful secluded lodge completely immune from the outside world. All of our lodges come with their own private outdoor jacuzzi & forest views. Minimum 2 night stay on the weekend (Friday & Saturday).
We have an onsite Day Spa offering a large range of signature treatments for guests or casual visitors.
Check in is between 2:30pm and 4:30pm; Monday to Saturday and 2-3pm on Sundays. Check-out is 11:00am.

This exquisite lodge is the best Hidden Valley has to offer. It is a very large separate lodge and is suitable for two adult guests only. Complete with a bespoke kingsize bed, large chef's kitchen, designer furniture and interior, Balinese Day Bed, BBQ, outdoor heated private jacuzzi and beautiful verandah with captivating forest views. Breakfast for both mornings is included, as well as one local bottle of sparkling champagne on ice (for day of arrival).

Celebrate your time as a couple and take the opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy each other’s company with this specially designed package for two.
You will arrive at your lodge with mood music gently playing in the background, a bottle of chilled local sparkling on ice, chocolate coated strawberries awaiting to be devoured and scented aroma oils creating a romantic ambiance in your lodge.
You will both get thoroughly pampered in our Day Spa with a couple’s hour-long head to toe relaxation massage. Dinner and breakfast are included, so once you arrive, you can settle in and just focus on each other and your time together.

Terms & Conditions
ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit will be charged for all accommodation and added extras at the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Check-in is between 2:30pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday's, and between 2pm-3pm on Sundays. Checkout is 11am. Guests arriving after 4:45pm weekdays, or after 3pm on Sundays must make prior arrangements with Reception during working hours (9:00 am to 4:45 pm), to ensure their outstanding balance is paid in full prior to arrival and to organise collection of their room key after Reception is closed. In the event the guest checks out prior to their booked departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.
Guests will be liable for all repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of, resort property caused by the guest and/or companions during their stay. All cost of repair(s) or replacement(s) is deductible from the credit/debit card nominated at the time of booking and/or the credit/debit card presented for security upon arrival. Hidden Valley Eco Lodges & Day Spa reserves the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee of $150.00 upon check-out for extreme cleaning requirements.
Lodge fireplaces will be in use from June to early September (subject to change).
Hidden Valley Eco Lodges & Day Spa is an ADULTS ONLY resort with no infants or children under the age of 18 years of age allowed to accompany guests in the lodges. All rooms are designed for a maximum of two (2) adult guests only. with strictly no visitors permitted during your stay. No pets allowed.
Payment Policy
ACCOMMODATION
To secure the reservation, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking for accommodation, plus additional extras if added.
The remaining balance will be payable at the time of check- in.
Credit card payments will appear on your statement as “HIDDEN VALLEY ECO SPA LODGES & DAY SPA”. The booking is guaranteed only once the deposit has been successfully processed. A credit card surcharge will apply.
Guests will be required to produce photo ID and a credit card for security purposes at the time of check in. In the event the guest checks out prior to the above departure date, tariff paid for the remainder of the booked period shall be deemed as non-refundable.
The guest will also be liable for the cost of any repairs or replacements in the event of damage to, or loss of, resort property caused by the guest and/or companions during their stay. In addition, Hidden Valley Eco Spa Lodges & Day Spa reserves the right to charge an excess cleaning charge of $150.00.

Cancellation Policy
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS
There are no penalties for cancellations made greater than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellations made on the day of the confirmed arrival date, will be liable for payment in full. Gift Vouchers redeemed for payment of accommodation where guests are no shows on the day of arrival (or within the 7 day cancellation period) will have their vouchers voided.
