Hillbrook Estate is a private luxury estate.
This stunning home features an indoor pool, spa pool, helipad, private beach access & optional private chef.
The 50 hectare farm set on a private and secluded peninsula, 10 minutes north of Whangamata.
The property is perched above a stunning Coromandel beach looking out across the Pacific Ocean.
Accommodating 16 people in the luxurious Main House, a grand homestead in the style of a Scottish mansion. An extra 4 guests can be accommodated in the stables.

Syarat & Ketentuan
Check in: 3:00pm
Check out: 11:00am
All bookings have exclusive use of the property (i.e. if you book the main house, the "Stables" (Suites) will not be rented to another guest.
All bookings have access to all the features of the property: media room, indoor swimming pool, spa pool, all outdoor areas and beach.
Standard check in time is 3pm. Check out time 11am.
Early check in at 1pm, or late check out 1pm can be added, surcharge is $250 each side. Please advise us or choose "add on" when you check out.
Main house reservation is for the main house for up to 16 guests. Infants under 2 years old are not included in the total occupancy. (Infants stay free of charge)
Additional charge applies for "The Stables" (2 x self contained units beside the main house). To accommodate extra guests, please request to add one or both stables to your booking, accommodating up to 20 guests.

EVENTS & WEDDINGS
Hillbrook Estate must be advised in advance if you plan to hold an event or a wedding.
For Wedding rates please visit our Weddings Page and note that specific terms and conditions apply.
If you plan to have additional day-guests visiting during your stay, kindly notify us prior to your arrival.
For other types of small events or gatherings please visit the property page “Events & Dinners” to view the extra charges and seating arrangements. We will be happy to provide assistance as required.
Kebijakan Pembayaran
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
All rates advertised are displayed in NZD including GST of 15%.
The property must be advised with a minimum of 24 hours notice if the guest numbers have increased.
Kebijakan Pembatalan
Cancellation before 30 days prior to check in date: Deposit is refundable less 20% cancellation fee on total booking amount.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
In the event of an extenuating circumstance, this will be decided by Hillbrook Estate.
