When you arrive, you do not need to check-in with reception please feel free to make your way to your room and enjoy, we pride ourselves on giving guest their own space however if you have any questions or would like to meet the owners or manger, please feel free to message us.
Smoking/Vaping
Smoking / Vaping is Prohibited Inside all Our Rooms/ Common Areas – Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation, if you smoke in accommodation there is a cleaning fee of $200. Please respect other guests when outside of your room.
Campfires
Campfires are only permitted using a firepit provided. It is your responsibility to ensure it is controlled and fully extinguished upon departure. Firewood and all other fire starting equipment is stored under or beside the BBQ. Management reserves the right to prohibit ALL campfires at any time without prior notice.
Strictly no campfires permitted anywhere near buildings. Fines apply.
Maximum Occupancy
2 Adults per room
Noise Curfew
A noise curfew is in place after 10pm and till 7am, This establishment is a tranquil environment, don’t ruin that. Management has a ZERO tolerance policy for obnoxious and/or inconsiderate guests. Personal sound systems not to be operated before 8am and after 8pm
No Access
There is to be no access to any of the livestock paddocks or the homestead, if you wish to interact with any animals, please message our staff and we can arrange this for you. Do not touch any of the electric white wire around the paddock as them may be live.
Air Conditioning
As we are an eco-retreat, we kindly ask that you turn your air-conditioning off whenever you leave the room and please shut all windows and door when air-con is turned on.
BBQ Cleaning
Please use BBQ mats provided when using BBQ for ease of cleaning.
Payment Policy
Payments
Full Payment is required at time of booking.
Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and house Rules.
Where a guest has made a reservation under a special offer or discount, no further offers or discounts will be applied to that reservation.
Bookings are limited to twelve (12) months in advance.
Bookings are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: Visa/Mastercard
All prices are in Australian Dollars (inc GST). A 2.5% transaction fee will be charged for all credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made greater than 5 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If cancelled 5 days or less than prior to arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid.
