Holbrook Settlers Motel
Holbrook Settlers Motel is a 16 room motel set on 3 acres of land, boasting ample off street parking for the larger vehicles, also under cover parking outside your door for the regular cars. Plenty of grass area for the younger ones to run and play safely while Mums and Dads can sit on the patio chairs relaxing while they watch. Rooms are supplied with microwaves, small fridges, toaster, elec jug and tea and coffee. Some family rooms are supplied with cutlery and crockery, other rooms on request. Spacious rooms with extra large windows for lots of natural light. Free wifi, free dvd hire, movies for kids and adults. Short distance to Supermarket and great selection of dining choices. Shop at some interesting antique and op-shops, you'll never know what you can find, you can also visit the Wool and ceramic Museums, and see some of the towns history. And then the HMAS Ottway submarine, that now calls Holbrook home after serving our Navy for many years.

Sat - Sun ; 9.00 am -10.00 pm, after hour check-ins are available upon request.
Check in/out times ; Check in - 2.00 pm,
; Check out - 10.00am, unless prior arrangements made with Management. if vacated by this time a $ 20.00 fee may be incurred.
Guest Property ; While all care is taken by Management and staff employed , the overall Liability for belongings and property of Guests is theirs.
Payment Policy
Payment is strictly 100% on arrival, unless prior arrangements are made with Management.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations within a whole 24 hour period prior to check in, with no prior notice, will be charged a full 1 night rate. A No Show for room booked will be charged a TOTAL booking.
