Babysitting service are also available at $30 an hour for a minimum of three-hours.
Horizon has full coverage for mobile phones and guests own wi-fi. If you wish to purchase additional wi-fi please advise us. 2GB is $30 and 4GB is $50

Terms & Conditions
Horizon is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ALARM/ SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM & YOU CANNOT ENTER BEFORE 3pm unless it has been organised. If you require additional time for early check-in or late check-out it can be organised in advance at $90 an hour. If the property is not available when cleaners arrive on check- out a fee of $35 every half hour will be charged. On departure the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. All dirty dishes need to be rinsed and then placed in the dishwasher, furniture left in the same place and the internal rubbish removed to the outside bins for recycling.
No responsibility is taken for guest’s personal property left on the premises.
Guests are to be extremely mindful and responsible with the fireplaces. Both areas need to be left secure. Please be careful particularly when drinking. Guests need to read the fire instructions provided at both fireplaces.
If you choose to travel by helicopter all guests must be inside the house when the chopper arrives. (Yes it lands on the eastern bank, it is very visible to see from the outdoor room).
The property is rented to accommodate only the number of guests stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or via email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. The maximum number of guests staying is 8 adults and 2 children. Only infants in cots bought by the guests are free. The manager would like to draw attention to the video surveillance cameras. There is a sofa lounge that converts to two singles or a double and is available at $50 a night extra a head for adults or $50 a stay for children.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only. FUNCTIONS/ GATHERINGS of any sort BEYOND THE 8 GUESTS staying will incur a $4000 fee. Please note Horizon does offer Event and Location hire we are open to discuss this with you upfront.
Pets are strictly NOT allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. There is an ash tray on the back porch.
A call out fee of $100 will be charged if keys are lost and access help is required. Please note all keys in the bedroom doors need to stay in the bedroom doors and will be charged if they are removed.
There is a compulsory $1000 bond required to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, breakage, damage, excess cleaning, or additional guests beyond those agreed in writing. The bond will be more if there are more than 8 people staying in the house and if there is an event on. If there is damage we appreciate your honesty as accidents do happen. Please understand, depending on the damage, it can take up to a month to obtain quotes to fix the damage. The remaining bond minus a $100 administration fee will be returned to the guests. If the damage is beyond the bond payment we would hope an agreeable solution should be negotiated however if not Horizon management would take legal action.
All under 18s must be accompanied by parent/ guardian. There is to be no parking on the lawns.
The pool is very beautiful but there is a wet edge that is not designed to be dived off for occupant’s own safety. All children need to be supervised in the pool and also where the retaining pond is located beyond the pool on the other side. Please note that the northern fence beyond the pool is electric. Keep your children away.
Damage is taken seriously. Please report any damage, broken items or anything not working ASAP. We understand accidents can happen but honesty is appreciated. Horizon is a family home and we thank-you in advance for your co -operation and respect. The management has the right to refuse tenancy to Bucks Parties, Hens Nights, school leavers or guests less than 30 years of age if not with older adults in the party.
If for unforeseen circumstances your booking needs to be rescheduled, you will be assisted with new dates and a $120 discount with our most sincere apologies.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. (Please note if the tenancy is less than 18 days prior to occupancy a full payment is required upfront) Payment of the rental deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms & conditions. Guests can either pay this deposit with a bank transfer (HELEN CLIFFORD BSB:062577 Account:10255028 with a receipt e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or by credit card. Credit cards will be processed within 3 days by BPOINT.
A booking summary will be e-mailed to you after your deposit has been paid. Please keep this as your cost reference. You will be reminded of your outstanding rental payment, bond and clean fees 18 days prior and need to pay this within 4 days. At this time you can choose to include catering options, babysitting or upgrade to a package. Packages are $200 extra per group stay and include breakfast hampers, antipasto platters, champagne, friands, late check-in or out and access to local discounts
Payment can be by either method above. Please send an e-mail to the same address to authorise a credit card swipe. If we do not have your card details on file please e-mail to advise. A final e-mail will be sent 3 days after check out to remind you to advise your account/ credit card details for bond returns. This will occur up to 5 days after departure.
A refund (minus a $100 admin fee) following cancellation is made if, and when, the period cancelled is fully re-booked. Travel insurance is recommended in the event that you need to cancel your booking.
