Terms & Conditions
It is important to us to have your full contact details and that they are legible so that if you leave items behind we can forwarded them to you.
As a guest of Hotel Cessnock, I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
1) I will be charged an additional cleaning at the starting rate of $150.00 if I smoke in my room or anywhere else other than designated smoking areas within the hotel or if I create the need for any additional cleaning.
2) I will be charged for any damages caused by me or by guests of mine, to any area of the hotel.
3) I will be charged for items missing from my room, including linen, remote controls, lamps etc.
4) My stay maybe terminated without refund should I break any of the above conditions or cause disturbance to any other person.
5) I will be liable for a fire brigade fine of $100 should I activate the fire alarms through smoking or cooking.
6) Please leave the key in your room when checking out. Keys and tags that are not returned will be charged to your credit card to the amount of $50.00 each.
Payment Policy
All bookings must be accompanied by your credit card number and expiry date,(DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED) and a mobile contact number. Payment may then be made on check in
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications will only be accepted by written email or fax and are only accepted upon a written response from us subject to the conditions below.
- Except during Special Events (see below) no fee will be charged for cancellations received before 9am on the day preceding the day of your first stay. Cancellations made after this time attract a payment equal to the first nights stay. "No Shows"attract the same fee.
- Special events are a minimum two (2) night stay and include but are not restricted to long weekends, Hunter Valley Vineyard Shows, (premiums apply to all tariffs for this event and non refundable payment will be charged at time of booking) . A non-refundable equal to 100% of your stay is payable at the time of your booking.
