MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. I understand that as a Hotel, The Greenwich Inn T/A Hotel St Leonards has the right to request that the unit be vacated immediately in the event that Management deems any wrongdoing or anti-social behaviour by a Guest. I understand a valid credit card pre-authorisation is required for an amount of $500 for any incidental charges which enables the Hotel to be reimbursed up to $500 in the event of damages or excessive cleaning of the room is required. I understand that the damage deposit is not the Room Tariff and cannot be used as tariff. I understand that 7 days notice is required for cancellation. $100 lost key fee will apply. It is a NON-SMOKING HOTEL and a minimum of $500 FINE will be immediately applicable if any unit has a smoke smell within due to Guest Smoking. I understand that if any damage is done to the unit or property, I am responsible for the cost of repairs. I understand that neither pets or illegal drugs are not allowed on the property or in the Hotel at any time. I understand there is to be no loud music after 9 pm. Check-outs after 10 am will attract a fee may. I understand that strictly no visitors are permitted after 9pm.
