Terms & Conditions

- 100% SMOKE-FREE Hotel. The penalty for Smoking is RM250.00
- Check-in time: 1430 hours. Check-out time: 1200 hours
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is subject to room availability and charges.
- A valid Government-issued identification or Passport is required at check-in.
- Tourism Tax is applied at RM10.00 per room per night to all Foreign Passport Holders.
- Minimum age for check-in is at least 18 years old.
- Infants aged 0-2 stay for free if using existing bedding.
- Children aged 3-6 are allowed to stay with no extra charge as long as it is with the existing bedding and linen. Children over 6 have to use an extra bed.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the hotel premises.
- Hotel room key cards remain property of Twenty 8B and MUST be returned upon check out. RM30 will be charged per lost/damaged card.
- Food/fruits which emit a strong odour or can cause staining, including durians and mangosteens are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
GUEST DECLARATION:
By signing on this registration card, I/We (together with my next of kin, personal representatives, insurers and heirs of the foregoing, and for any person claiming through or under them) ("Releasors") hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive and discharge the Hotel, its parent/holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, representatives, successors and assigns ("Releasees") from any and all losses, injuries and damages suffered by me/us (Otherwise than those arising out of the Hotel's negligent act or omission), and from any and all action, causes of action, claims, complaints, demands and suits of any kind whatsoever that either myself/ourselves or the other Releasors may have or hereafter may have by reason of any cause, matter or thing whatsoever arising out of or in connection with my/our stay as a guest at the Hotel.

By using the Hotel's internet service, I/We acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, and agree that the Hotel is not liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to my/our computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided. If abnormal, illegal, or unauthorized behaviour is detected, including heavy consumption of bandwidth, the Hotel reserves the right to permanently disconnect the offending device from the wireless network.

I/We further agree to indemnify the Hotel against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs or damages arising out of my .our use of the Hotel's internet service including any material that I //we access or make available using the internet service, or violation of the terms of internet use set out above, including but not limited to use of the internet service by me/us involving offensive or illegal material or activities that constitute copyright infringement.

At the end of my/our stay and during check-out, I/we agree and undertake to settle in full and pay up all charges incurred by me/us during my/our stay at the Hotel. I/We acknowledge and agree that the Hotel reserves the right to impose such compensation,charges or penalties on me/us (including forfeiting any deposit or pre-authorised amounts to the Hotel during check-in) if the Hotel finds any loss or damage to the Hotel's property that was caused by me/us during my/our stay at the Hotel.

Any amounts or sums due and owing to the Hotel by me/us shall be a debt due to the Hotel and I/we acknowledge and agree that the Hotel shall be entitled to exercise any rights or remedies available to it, whether by law or otherwise.

I/We acknowledge that in the event that the Hotel finds evidence of smoking in any of our rooms (as it is a Non-Smoking Hotel), a cleaning fee of RM250.00 will be charged.

Payment Policy

All rates are quoted NETT in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of 6% Government Tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking including expiry date and security code.
Management reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations without further notification if the card is verified invalid, or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

From September 2017, the Malaysian Government has imposed a Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night which will be collected as a separate amount from the room charge upon departure.
This applies to all Non Malaysians / Non Permanent Residents.

No refund will be given for an early departure from the total duration of stay booked
