House of Big Brother Rooms Apartelle and Suites is the only boutique hotel within the city of Puerto Princesa to focus its service within the strict standards of SAFETY, CLEANLINESS, COMFORT and PRACTICAL ECONOMY. This is the flagship site of Big Brother Hotel world wide web network and the golden affiliate of the Tourist Brand of Gruppo Carlos International Corporation. It started recently in 2010 along Manalo Street with 2 rooms and by middle year 2011 it became 12 rooms and in late 2012 has 16 well appointed rooms and brand new condo units.It has a swimming pool with jacuzzi-inspired section and a color-changing underwater light. It is accredited by the Philippine Department of Tourism and licensed by the Puerto Princesa City Tourism Office.

Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT BOOKING CONDITIONS ARE:
1. CHECK IN is after 2 pm. CHECK OUT is before 12 noon. EXTENSION of stay is subject to room availability and charges of Php 200 per hour.
2. No VALUABLES should be left in the room. Philippine laws do not make hotel liable and responsible for safe-keeping of valuables.
3. Swimming pool USE IS AT RISK OF GUEST and GUESTS WAIVE ANY CLAIM against the hotel for any liability for any injury or death for its use under circumstances that a guest must be the lifeguard at all times of its swimming companions. Use of pool REQUIRES A DESIGNATED ADULT COMPANION guarding at all times.
4. REGISTER FIRST at front desk the NAME OF ADULT SUPERVISING the swimming companions BEFORE USING THE POOL. Any request for extra swimming lifeguard shall be subject to charges.
5. All MINORS must be cared for and supervised by adult companions at all times for safety.
6. NO SMOKING inside rooms and non-smoking areas. No cooking of crab/shrimp or any odorous food anywhere. ODOR REMOVAL FEE is Php 5,000 per room.
7. NO HOLDING OF PARTY or gathering of non-hotel guests anywhere within the hotel. Holding of parties or inviting non-hotel guests for use of any facility like swimming pool is subject to charges of Php 500 pesos per person who is a non-hotel guest.
8. Children aged 5 years and above are subject to adult accommodation rate. Only adults are required to register and only minors with family relation to the adult companions are allowed to stay under RA 7610.
9. There is no capacity for cots at this property. The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.
10. This property only accepts CASH PAYMENTS.
11. Pets, explosives, prostitution and firearms are not allowed.
12. Government authorities or situations deemed by hotel as emergency may require disclosure of your identity or booking information and your actual check in to the property will be considered consent to this disclosure and waiver of provisions of Data Privacy Act.
13. Property has stand-by power generator but in the event of power outage between 10 pm and 6 am for a period of more than 4 hours a refund of only 80 percent of that evening room charges shall be made in the event the property power generator is decommissioned.
14. The person making the booking or registering for the party SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO INFORM companions about the conditions of stay particularly on the USE OF SWIMMING POOL.
15. VALID ID / PASSPORT OF ALL GUESTS IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN.
Payment Policy
- Only cash payment is accepted at the property.
- Credit card payment is only allowed prior to booking date.
- Big Brother reserves the right to cancel booking when required reservation fee is not paid on a given date.
- RESERVATION FEE of 50% is credited as room payment for room charge .
- Reservation fee is non-refundable / non-rebookable.
Cancellation Policy
- Failure to arrive at hotel on booked dates is treated as NO SHOW with NO REFUND.
- No refunds will be given for cancelled booking.
