COVID 19 CHANGES
Due to the continued threat of COVID 19 we have decided for the safety of our guests, staff and the Mudgee community to accept only one booking per cottage per week between Thursday - Sunday ensuring gaps between each guest's visit. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The cottages on Ilkley are truly magic places, designed and decorated with rustic style in private locations on the 33 acre property. Absolute attention to detail provides everything you need in an understated way that ensures comfort of mind, body and soul.

Payment Policy

Deposits: A 50% deposit will be taken from your credit card at the time of booking. The balance will be taken from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival , unless other arrangements have been organised with Ilkley Cottages.
If you are booking via an Online Travel Agent they may collect the whole amount at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings via Ilkley Website:
a) Cancellations more than 21 days in advance of your arrival will not incur a penalty. Your deposit will be refunded less the costs /fees incurred to the Ilkley Cottages.
b) Cancellations less than 21days will forfeit the 50% deposit.
c) Cancellations less than 7 days from arrival will forfeit the full payment.

Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.
Bookings via Online Travel Agent:
Bookings via OTA contact directly for cancellation and refund.
