Damage
By agreeing to these "Terms and Conditions", you are agreeing to have us hold your credit card for any damages. If there is any loss to "WestKauaiLodging.com" due to your actions, you agree that your credit card will be billed for the repair or replacement. Due to the respectful quality of our guests, we do not anticipate the recovery of damages. In all cases, decisions reconciling damages made by the management are final.
Beyond our Control
We are looking forward to having you join us for your stay at West Kauai Lodging and we will do everything within reason to make your experience enjoyable and memorable. Although we have never had a problem, if your accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. fire, water, storm, other natural and/or unforeseen event, vandalism or malicious acts etc.) your compensation for loss is limited an restricted to the return of fees and/or deposits for any unused portion of your reserved facility and time period. In any and all situations the judgement of the management will be considered final.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We know that you won't want to cancel your plans to visit Kauai, however, if your circumstances require cancellation, your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee will be returned when your reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 60 days of your arrival date will be charged the cancellation fee with the balance refunded to the extent that we can cover your reservation with a new reservation.
