Terms & Conditions

1. The standard check-in time is 14:00 PM, the standard check-out time is 22:00 PM
2. Hotel offers guests early check-in (if the room is free) AFTER 6:00 a.m only. For check-in BEFORE 6:00 a.m we charge one full night.
3. Your credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee your booking. Payment for rooms and services must be settled upon check in by cash, VISA or Master Card
4. Unless booked with a valid credit card reserved rooms are guaranteed until 18:00 hours of the day of arrival
5. After 18:00 hours Hotel makes reasonable effort to contact you. If this is not possible Hotel reserves the right to release the room(s)
6. Children under 11 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds and linen. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots
7. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
8. Smoking inside your room will occur a fine of 2,000 Baht
9. Hotel reserves the right to change rates, services and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

1. If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 3 day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2. If the booking is canceled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show without prior cancellation Hotel charges a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 2 nights per room booked.
