Jaspers Location :
Jaspers is located at 32 Fingal Street, Brunswick Heads, next to the Brunswick Picture House.
There is off street beind Jaspers Apartments, via Slessor Lane, 1 park per apartment. There is also unmetered parking on Fingal Street in front of Jaspers Apartments.
To access your front door key, there is a key repository box on your front door key. On the morning of your arrival, call Paul on 0418647322 for your PIN to access your front door key.
Jaspers Apartments Terms and Conditions:
Guests are agreeing to these terms and conditions when a booking is confirmed, and payment is made. Any breach of the below short-term letting terms and conditions, as agreed by both parties, permits the owner to refuse entry, amend the rent or immediately terminate the letting.
* Number of Persons, Noise, Parties and Functions
Properties are for guests only. No outside guests are permitted on the premises without pre-arrangement in writing from Jaspers Apartments Management. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur additional fees.
* Noise Complaints
Enjoy your stay at Jaspers Apartments, however please be respectful of our neighbours. For the comfort of neighbours no noise should be audible outside the property after 9.00pm and before 7.30am. If a complaint of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour is received, security will be dispatched to investigate and may result in a $200 call-out charge. A report will be received by the Owner with information as to whether a fee has been charged. This fee will be taken from the guest’s security deposit and is non-negotiable.
If a second security call-out with fee payable is received at any time during a guest’s stay, all guests at the premises will be evicted from the premises by security without refund of rent or bond.
Excessive noise, parties and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours as well as nearby residents and other holiday makers. If an unauthorized function is held at the property, the bond processed for the booking will be retained and additional fees to cover the standard function fee may apply.
Please put all the outside/garden furniture back where it was originally located. If you are eating in the Cabana, please ensure that all your crockery, cutlery & glasses are put back in each unit where they belong.
When you use the Barbecue, please ensure that the gas is turned off, when you have finished using the barbecue.
The barbecue must be cleaned before you leave Jaspers Apartments Cleaning products are kept below the barbecue.
• Inside your unit:
Do not make any changes to the set-up of the TV; this includes changing any of the cables or the settings on the remotes.
There is a $100 charge if the TV is not working when you leave.
Jaspers Apartments is a NON-SMOKING complex.
• Breakages and Damage:
All Breakages and Damage to the units must be reported immediately. The repair will be charge to your bond.
Any excessive cleaning, or rubbish removal will be charged to your bond.
• Front Door Keys:
Please look after the front door key, the following apply:
if you lose your key a locksmith will have to be called to open the door. The cost will be directly charged to yourself.
Linen
Linen and towels are provided unless otherwise notified. Beach towels are not provided.
Payment Policy
* Payment Policy - Guests pay 50% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival.
* Cancellation Policy - Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
* Security Bond - For all bookings we require a $500 bond, this will be processed against your credit card details. This is credited back following the cleaners & security report.
Cancellation Policy

Date Changes:
* Non Peak Time - 30 days notice is required for date changes.
