Secure lift access and no stairs to climb! Your own laundry.

Both bedrooms have King Beds or King Single beds (your choice on bedding configuration) and an optional fold away bed. Maximum sleep for the unit is five people and an infant in our Babybjorn portacot . Luxury bed linen and toiletries supplied. Portacot and High Chair available free.

Living area and dining area furnished with Tasmanian timbers and Italian leather lounge suite. LED TV and DVD player provided. Selection of DVD's available for use. Some board games also provided.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Tea and Coffee (MAP pod espresso machine) and selection of breakfast cereals provided.

The apartment is refreshed midweek and fully serviced weekly.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

Payment of the first night's booking fee is required to secure the booking. The first night's booking fee is a non refundable payment.
The balance of the booking fee will be charged on the night of your arrival
Payments of the amount/s due must be received in Australian $ net of any bank or other transaction charges.
Please ensure that you have funds available to cover the payments within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.
We accept payment by the following methods:
Visa, MasterCard, or direct deposit into our bank account.
Our bank details will be advised to you.
On commencement of your booking a security holding of $100 may be taken as an authorisation against your credit card.
At check-in you will be required to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence as proof of identification.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION
If you wish to vary or cancel your booking, please contact us immediately on 0437 083 477.
The cost of your first night's stay is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
An administration charge of $25 may be charged for any variation or cancellation.
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen payment method at time of Booking.
A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.
A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests.
