Welcome...
To ensure the quiet enjoyment of the hotel for all guests, please limit unnecessary or loud noise, especially after dark. Please know that noise, damage, specialist cleaning and theft fees will be on-charged if and when applicable.

Unless prepaid or otherwise arranged, payments will be processed when you check in. Visa and Mastercard surcharges apply if paying using credit. Payments using Cash or Cheque and Savings accounts carry no fee. We require a valid credit card to be on file during your stay. If this is not available, passports, drivers license or cash my be used. All room tabs must be settled before or when checking-out.

Payment policies differ depending on how a booking was made:

*Our own Website - paid at time of booking*
*OTA's - vary, refer to their Ts&Cs
*Travel Agents - per applicable Rate Agreement

*Payments made using credit cards will incur a 2.95% surcharge

Política de cancelación

*Cancellations need to communicated by email - and must be acknowledged by reply email. No acknowledgement - no cancellation - so please follow up.
*All cancellations are calculated backwards from 9am day of check in.
*STANDARD: Cancel free up to 7 days out | 50% fee between then and 72 hours out |100% fee less than 72 hours out, on the day or a no show. All calculated backwards from 9am day of check in.
*PEAK AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Cancel free up to 14 days out | 50% fee between then and 7 days out | 100% fee less than 7 days out, on the day or a no-show. (Peak season is December 15 through to March 31)
*TRAVEL AGENTS - consult applicable Rate Agreement.
