The Kalbarri Motor Hotel is a country style Hotel Motel. We are situated in the centre of the town where the mouth of the Murchison River meets the Indian Ocean. The hotel's atmosphere is simply the best whether you are having a beverage, enjoying a meal, watching the kids on the merry-go-round or just taking in the undeniably fantastic views. The public bar and restaurant are open daily for your enjoyment. Within the Hotel grounds, we offer our Motel guests use of the swimming pool and barbecue facilities. We have a chemical free cleaning policy for all our accommodation rooms The Bar has an extensive selection of boutique beers. The Bottle Shop boasts a massive array of beer and wine selections to tantalize your palate back in your room.
Accommodation enquiry after 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 11am Saturday and Sunday may only be made by telephone.
Pets are not permitted in our accommodation rooms for Health Reasons.

Please read carefully the terms and conditions of the Kalbarri Motor Hotel. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions permits the owner or agent to refuse the key, amend the booking or apply additional charges and/or terminate the occupancy.
Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Every effort is made to ensure that information displayed is correct. Information and rates at the Kalbarri Motor Hotel are subject to change without notice.
Other Conditions
On arrival/check-in at the Kalbarri Motor Hotel, credit card details are confirmed, verified and held as security for your accommodation. All reservation details on the registration sheet are to be checked and verified. Current photo ID and corresponding signatures are required. Check-in time is flexible from 2pm-10pm. Check-out time is prior to 10am. Late check-outs are permitted but are subject to availability on request. A late check-out will incur a fee which is determined by departure time. We accept MasterCard and Visa card only. Any damages, breakages or loss to property should be reported to management immediately. Should a guest be responsible for damages to the property a charge will be incurred. Extra cleaning will also incur a a charge. Management without notice may enter a debit on the credit card of the guest and the guest hereby authorises the manager to do so.
For the safety of occupants it is not permitted to exceed the recorded occupancy for each room. Pets are not permitted in our Accommodation for Health Reasons. We advise that any misrepresentation by a guest or guests will unfortunately initiate removal from the property wherein a no refund policy will apply.
School Leavers
We do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18.
The Kalbarri Motor Hotel does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. We do not have the policies, procedures or security to provide the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies period. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers at any time of the year. We advise that any misrepresentation by a guest or guests will unfortunately initiate removal from the property wherein a no refund policy will apply.
Special Packages are not available during peak periods. Conditions Apply
Sports Groups
Approval by the Manager only. Conditions will apply, please refer to the School Leavers policy.
Payment Policy
All reservations require full payment at the time of placing your reservation. Minimum or 2 nights stay during peak season periods Easter, Christmas and New Years.
Extra room charges are to be finalised prior to 10.00am departure. Fees will apply if a late checkout is required.
Cancellation Policy
COVID-19
Any future dated bookings will be as per normal cancellation policies.
A minimum of 31 days prior to any school holidays or peak period reservation is required for cancellation. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days will incur a 50% penalty of the full stay. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date a no-refund policy applies.
Standard reservations will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the first nights tariff if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival and 100% of the first nights tariff with 24 hours.
A no refund policy applies to any no show reservation.
