Payment & Credit Card Policy
A valid Visa or MasterCard is required at the time of booking. If no valid card is provided, Karri Forest Motel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Guest Responsibility & Charges
By confirming this booking, you agree to the following:
You are personally responsible for payment. If a third party fails to pay, you remain jointly liable for the full amount.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay, including by your guests. Costs for repairs or replacements may be charged to the card on file.
A $200 cleaning fee may apply if the room is left in an excessively untidy condition (e.g. spills, food waste, rubbish left behind).
Lost room keys incur a $100 replacement fee.
The motel reserves the right to charge your card for any damages, losses, or excessive cleaning as needed.
