The Keaau Place is located in a private subdivision known as Hawaiian Paradise Park, and as such, there is no mail delivery to this address. Also note that due to the accessibility of the Hot Tub, our insurance carrier requires that children must be 12 or older, to stay at these studios.

Check in time is anytime after 2 pm. Check out time is 10 am.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $35 for all stays in the Keaau Studios, regardless of the number of nights.
Because of the accessibility of the Softubs, our insurance carrier requires that children must be 12 years old or older to stay in the studios.
There is a $15/night surcharge for a 3rd person in the studio.
Please note: We will honor any request regarding a second bed (twin size roll-away or futon) in the studio, however requesting a particular studio is not guaranteed.
Payment Policy
A credit card number (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or JCB) will hold the reservation.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Credit card charges will appear under our company name, TRINITY RESERVATIONS LLC or KEAAU PLACE.
Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty to cancel a reservation as long as 60 or more days notice (prior to your arrival) is given. After payment is taken (which is due 60 days prior to your arrival), we will refund any nights that we can resale, minus a 6% credit card processing fee. Since each studio represents 1/2 of our income, we must strictly adhere to this policy. For this reason, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, which is an option that you have, which we do not have.
