Terms & Conditions

The booking of accommodation establishes a contractual agreement between the Kensington Motel and the guests. The Kensington Motel commits to providing the specified accommodation and services, as mutually agreed upon. The guests are responsible for payment of the booked accommodation and utilized services, except in cases where a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

The cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this 48-hour window of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.

Check-in is available between 2 pm and 8 pm, while check-out must be completed by 10 am.

Please note-
1. there are no arrivals accepted on December 25th and January 1st each year.
2. A $20 fee applies for electric vehicle charging.
3. A $50 fee applies for any unreasonable mess or untidiness in the unit.
4. A $20 fee applies for late check out for 0.5 hour.

Cancellation Policy

***No show – fail to arrive
As the Kensington Motel has a contract with you and holds your booking in good faith pending your arrival, if you fail to arrive for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.
