Refurbished affordable accommodation in a central Whangarei location - walking distance to Kensington Stadium, Kensington Hospital, Whangarei Turf and Mair Park walkway. Our studios, 1-bedroom units and 2-bedroom units have all been refurbished in the last couple of years and offer great value for money. Enjoy our swimming pool and bbq area, FREE WIFI, local cafés and takeaway outlets - only a few steps from our Whangarei motel. It is a short walk to the local supermarket, pharmacy and post office. There is plenty of parking on site and street parking for trucks and additional vehicles in the back street at the rear of the motel. We pride ourselves on offering some of the lowest prices in town whilst taking pride in the quality and cleanliness of our rooms.

The booking of accommodation is a contract between our two parties.
The Kensington Motel agrees to provide the accommodation and services described and agreed. The guest undertakes to pay for the accommodation booked and services used unless it has been cancelled by them.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hour. Anyone cancelling within the 48 hr period of arrival will be charged for their first night.
Check in is after 2pm and before 8pm
Check out prior to 10am
No Arrivals or Departures on the following dates - Dec 25th and Jan 1st

If you cancel within 48rs prior to your arrival or less, you will be charged 100% of the first nights accommodation amount.
No show – fail to arrive
As the Kensington Motel has a contract with you and holds your booking in good faith pending your arrival, if you fail to arrive for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.
