Terms & Conditions
Kermandie Terms & Conditions are as follows:
- You agree to the room Tariff.
- Check in is from 2:00pm. Check out is by 11:00am.
- A Credit Card number must be given to secure your booking.
- Bookings will require full accommodation payment on arrival at Kermandie.
- You agree to respect the property of Kermandie. Any damages will be charged to your Credit Card.
- Keys: any lost keys incur a $50 charge
- Any extra cleaning that is over and above our regular housekeeping duties will be charged to your Credit Card ie. stained carpet and/or linen, excessive food spillage and/or staining, etc
- Any items missing from the room during your stay will be charged to your Credit Card. ie. crockery, glassware, linen, soft furnishings etc
- Kermandie closes at varying times throughout the season. Should you be checking in past 8:30pm, please contact us to organise secure key collection.
- Smoking: For the comfort of all patrons, smoking is not permitted within or directly around our main building or Lodge. A fee of $200 will be charged if smoking occurs in your room.

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated, Kermandie has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations received by 2pm the day prior to arrival incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night.
New Years Eve / Special Event rates will require a deposit of one night accommodation at the time of booking. Full payment is due at check in. A 7 day cancellation policy applies.
