The Farm & Forest at Kerriley Park
Kerriley Park Farmstay offers you and your family the unique opportunity to relax in the South West Australian forest, staying in cosy secluded cottages nestled in 71 acres of native bush in the heart of the Busselton - Margaret River wine region.
Farm Animal Feeding - A fun way to start the day
Guests have the opportunity to join us each morning to meet and feed our friendly farm animals, including sheep, goats, chickens, miniature ponies and alpacas. We also have a special section for the younger children to interact with smaller pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens.
Eco-experience right outside your cottage
Guests can take a leisurely walk through the 71 acres of mostly native bush, enjoying the high concentration of bio-diversity, including over 150 species of native plants, trees & wildflowers. You will certainly spot some of our 40 species of birds, numerous kangaroos and other native fauna such as bandicoots and possums (at night).
The kids will be kept busy
Our playground and new pool will occupy the children and keep them happy whilst you sample some of the regions fine wines from the privacy of your cottage verandah, or use the BBQ next to the playground to prepare a feast. Babysitting is available and we now have a DVD and book library at the office.

SCHOOLIES
No school leavers accepted..
MINIMUM BOOKING PERIODS
Long weekends - Minimum booking = 3 nights
5 night Minimum Christmas week.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - Dates that include Easter, Christmas or New Year public holidays.
Minimum booking = 4 nights.
Arrivals and departures are not permitted on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
OVERSEAS VISITORS must provide Passport details and credit card details when booking.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in = 2pm
Check-out = 10am (or by prior arrangement with management)
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment in full (100%) is due when the booking is made, whether online, or by telephone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
1 - 14 days notice = No refund
15 - 29 days notice = 50% refund
30+ days notice = 100% refund.
TRANSFER OF DATES
If you would like to transfer your booking to another date, the above cancellation policy applies; unless we are able to re-let your booking up to 29 days before proposed arrival.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in any units.
When smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends in the marked container.
FIRE POLICY
Fires are not permitted at any time of the year, without prior approval from management.
Gas BBQ's are provided for your convenience.
PETS
Due to native/farm animals and conservation zoning, pets are not permitted at Kerriley Park Farmstay.
CLEANING
To help us keep accommodation costs down, please leave your chalet in a reasonable condition. Please wash all dishes, pick up litter and report breakages (toys, games, crockery etc.). Please dispose of soiled nappies and feminine hygiene products in the outside bins (provided). Unfortunately, if your chalet is left in an unacceptable state, a $40 per hour charge will apply to cover any additional cleaning requirements.
Payment Policy
Payment in full (100%) is due when the booking is made, whether online, or by telephone.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
1 - 29 days notice = No refund
30+ days notice = 100% refund.
TRANSFER OF DATES
If you would like to transfer your booking to another date, the above cancellation policy applies; unless we are able to re-let Your cottage before the exclusion time, e.g before 28 days before proposed arrival.
