Family Friendly
Kew Motel is a family owned, family oriented motel. Please keep this in mind that there are children on the premises when going about.

Smoking
We do not permit smoking within our guest rooms & smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in New South Wales.
There are plenty of outdoor areas around the property where smoking is permitted, we just ask of you to dispose of your butts thoughtfully.
A cleaning fee of $250 will be enforced if you smoke in the the room.

Noise
We endeavor to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We like to say that we are in the " business of sleep”.
We enforce a strict ‘no noise’ policy after 9pm.

No Party Policy
This policy is designed to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their time with us and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others.
Any guest failing to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without refund.

Pets & Animals
We have one room that can accommodate small dogs.
Please inquire before booking if the room is available.

Cooking & Self Catering
NSW Fire Safety Regulations prohibit cooking in motel rooms.
Guests are welcome to cook at the BBQ area.
If you would like to do a barbie but don’t have BBQ utensils - no problem, we will gladly supply you with all the utensils you need.
If you feel like ordering take away – no need to eat out of the box, we will gladly supply you with plates and cutlery. Please ask at reception.

Breakages or damages
Persons occupying the accommodation or utilizing any of our facilities shall be personally responsible for payment charged for breakages or damages to any motel property.

Payment on check-in

Check-in time is from 14:00 PM
Check-out time is 10:00 AM
Checkout after 10 AM will result in a $50 per hour fee for cleaning staff wages.

To make a booking, a valid credit card number and expiry date must be provided as a guarantee. Nothing will be charged to the card unless cancellation fees arise.

Peak periods are: Easter, Christmas school holidays and long weekends.

If the guest does not have a credit card, we require the first nights’ fee forwarded to us either by direct deposit or post within seven days of the booking being made. If we do not receive the deposit within seven days, the booking will be cancelled.

The booking of accommodation is a contract between two parties. Kew Motel agrees to provide the accommodation and services described and agreed. The guest agrees to pay for the accommodation booked and abide to the house rules unless it has been cancelled by them in accordance with the cancellation policy.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation outside peak periods.

If you cancel within 24 hours’ up to 2pm on the day of check-in, you will be charged the first nights’ tariff.

7 days’ notice is required for peak periods.

No refund for early departure.

We reserve the right to vary these policies for certain periods and events if required. If we do vary our cancellation policy for a certain period, you will be advised at the time of booking.
