Terms and Conditions - Payment Policy

Terms and conditions of Booking.

Accepted forms of payment - Our payment preference is credit or debit card, we do not accept crypto currency, donors club, paypal or american express.

Deposits - Full payment required at time of booking.

Peak times - Booking including Public holidays, Weekends, Christmas, Easter, School holidays or booking longer than 14 days require full payment at the time of booking.

Accommodation Rates - Our advertised room rates are per room cost, for up to two people.
If you are 2 people travelling and you require separate rooms, you will be an extra adult charge .
There is no discount for single occupant.

Additional guests - over and above the 2 people room rate, will be charged at an additional cost as advertised within the booking platform.

Long stays - If you are interested in booking for more than 7 nights, please contact the accommodation provider directly.

Additional Charges - Additional charges may be incurred for the use of additional linen, towels or bedding not covered in your booking cost.

Cancellations and Refunds - We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Should your plans change, you are welcome to change the dates up to 30 days prior to your first night. Please be mindful that your new dates may attract a different tariff if they fall in peak periods.
If you wish to cancel your accommodation booking 30 days or more prior to your arrival, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel your booking between 30-14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will apply equivalent to 50% refund , cancellation 14 days from booking there will be no refund.

** Please note EASTER holiday period times can only be cancelled 6 months in advance to receive a full refund. Easter cancellations between 6 - 4 months from booking will receive 50% refund, under 4 months prior to booking will receive no refund**

Refund payment times
If you are entitled to a refund, we will do our best to refund your money as soon as we can. The refund will be processed back to the method of payment that you used to confirm the booking. For example if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to the credit card.
As a guide, refunds can take up to 10 days to refund and you will revised email confirmation of the mount and completion of the process.

Cancellations by the Supplier - the supplier reserves the right to cancel accommodation bookings due to natural disaster, safety concerns or other crisis outside the control of the supplier but that could impact the safety of those utilising or accessing the accommodation or area.
Such circumstances would be a bushfire or flood or another natural disaster or if access to the property is seen as not safe for either party.
In the unlikely event this occurs, the accommodation provider will contact you and work with you to rebook your accommodation or refund your booking.

If something comes up during your stay
If something is missing, broken or not what you expected when you arrive or during your stay, let us know as soon as possible. Our aim is for you, your family and guests to have a great experience and we will work with you to help resolve the issue.

Courtesy and Respect.
We want everyone who stays to have a great experience, to do that we need to ensure that all guests treat each other with respect and dignity.
Any behaviour that is not conducive to all guests enjoying their stay will not be tolerated. Parties, unconfirmed guests, drunkenness, inappropriate behaviour, excessive mess and rubbish, damage to the villas or adjoining property, violence, excessive noise, pets and animals, smoking, the use of presence of banned or illicit substances are not permitted on site and could result in you and your guests being expelled from the property.

Respecting the environment
We try hard to keep our property environmentally sustainable and would appreciate you doing the same. Recycle your recyclables, do not leave litter or bottles and rubbish in any of the shared spaces or around your villas, please use the appropriate bins supplied.
