Beautifully furnished by Robertson's Interiors, this luxuriously appointed Mini Penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms is able to comfortably sleep 4 people. Standard bedding in this Luxury Mini Penthouse is a KING in the master bedroom, and a KING in the second bedroom. To suit your requirements, the KING in the second bedroom can be made into TWO SINGLE BEDS upon request, for $20. Please select this option upon check out if required.

The master bedroom in this Penthouse has an ensuite bathroom with double spa, and dual vanity basins, along with a huge luxury shower. The second bathroom has a laundry which is fully equipped with washing machine and drier.

The open style living area and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Miele appliances will make entertaining easy. Your spacious balcony overlooks the blue ocean and views of Mt Warning, and you can enjoy romantic evenings watching the stunning sunsets.

The Penthouse has amazing 180° view along the stretch of beach from the Tweed Coast to the Byron Bay headland. The Second Level Rooftop Terrace also has a 5 person jacuzzi with ocean views.

Terms & Conditions

Our three beautiful Penthouses are located in a peaceful, tranquil location. We specialise in quiet family holidays for guests that intend to get away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the city life to relax and recharge. As such these Penthouses are strictly not suited for any Parties or Functions.

Disturbance to our neighbours, in our adjoining Penthouses, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of holiday rental & loss of security bond.

**Weddings, Bridal Wedding preparations (inc. night before the wedding), Wedding Party Accommodation, Wedding Receptions, Hens & Stag Nights, Parties, Functions and "Schoolies" are strictly not permitted. No Pets. Number of guests staying in Penthouse must not exceed those agreed with owner on guest reservation.**

Please do not proceed with booking this Penthouse if your booking is for any of the above, as it will result in termination of your holiday rental & loss of security bond.

We wish to keep our beachfront hideaway Penthouses in Kingscliff as tranquil and relaxing as possible for all of our in house guests.

Check out at 10.00am. Check in at 2.00pm. Linen, Bath towels and Beach towels are included in your nightly tariff quote. We ask that you leave our Penthouse in a tidy condition when you depart. All food and rubbish to be removed upon departure and any dishes or pots used during your stay are to be washed and put away. BBQ to be cleaned after use.

There is no daily servicing during your stay, however all Penthouses have clothes washing and drying facilities. If requested, mid stay service clean including Linen and towels or cleaning services can be organised at an additional cost, please select this option upon checkout if required.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

Following your initial online reservation check out, a payment equal to 10% of the total booking will be charged to your nominated credit card to secure your reservation. (For Easter, Christmas and New Year bookings a 20% deposit will be charged)

If initial Reservation is made online less than 28 days before check in date, your full payment is due at the time of booking.

You will be emailed a formal confirmation of booking as soon as your credit card payment has been processed.

All credit card deposit payments are personally processed manually by the Property Manager and are handled in a secure encrypted database.

If you wish to pay your initial holding deposit with direct bank deposit, rather thank using credit card payment, please complete this form - https://coolforms.typeform.com/to/nEFTKQ - we will then forward you a formal quote along with our bank details and contact information required to complete a manual checkout for your reservation.

FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT

We do prefer the final balance payment and Security Bond payment to be made with BANK DEPOSIT: However if required, we are able to process your payment by VISA or MASTERCARD : Please note that that a Transaction Fee of 1.85% will be charged on both Visa and MasterCard Payments.

SECURITY BOND

Security bond payment is required for all Penthouses 28 days before your stay.
Mini Penthouse Security Bond $500, Jacuzzi Penthouse Security Bond $1000, Penthouse Security Bond $1000.

The Security Bond refund will be returned within 7 business days after your departure date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

1. *Deposit paid*
Booking Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date within
the same Penthouse. Notification of intent to transfer dates must be
submitted in writing more than 30 days before original check in date. Credit
is to be used within 12 months of the cancellation date. Deposit paid may
only be transferred once. Peak Christmas, New Year and Easter booking
deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. *Final Balance Payment*
Balance (due 28 days before arrival) becomes strictly non-refundable and
non-transferable. The only exception is if the booking can be replaced -
$100 cancellation fee applies, however this does not apply for Christmas,
New Year or Easter bookings. Travel insurance is recommended.
