Syarat & Ketentuan

The undersigned agrees to be fully responsible and liable for any and all charges incurred by the undersigned and any released persons ( including without limitation any individuals in my group, family or company) who fall to pay any or all.
The undersigned agrees to pay all amounts upon presentation and shall settle any outstanding upon check out. The undersigned agrees that the Hotel shall have the rights to debit his/her credit card for any charges incurred by or on behalf or with the authority of the undersigned. The Hotel reserves the right to require a deposit from the undersigned at any time during the guest's stay. Neither the Hotel OR The Management or Owners shall accept any or stolen or for articles or parties that are lost, misplaced during your stay. Such articles must be protected by guest. The burden of proof shall be on the guest to prove the lost. Visitors are not permitted in The Hotel rooms overnight unless such visitor is registered at the reception desk ( a supplement charge will apply). This is for the safety and protection of all guests. The management reserves the right to ask for minors.

Sea Escape Resort takes your privacy very seriously. To reflect the newest changes in data protection law and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019, which stipulates measures to protect personal information.
The company therefore take very seriously and respecting your right to privacy and the security of your personal information. by setting a policy regulations and rules in the operation of the company with strict measures to maintain the security confident that the information of your personal data obtained by the Company will be used according to your needs and in accordance with the Thai law

Hotel Policy :
1. Check in 2 pm.-Check out 12.00 pm.
2. Swimming pool open 8.00 am. - 8.00 pm. (Swimming suit ONLY)
(Reserving the pool chairs are not permitted.
If the pool chairs don't get used for longer
than 60 mins, it will be made available again.)
3. Deposit 500THB and get it back when you check out.
4. Not cooking all hotel area.

Child Policy :
• A child 10-12 years old sharing bed with parents will be charged for extra bed with breakfast 500THB per person/per Night
• Children under 0-9 years old sharing existing bed with parents are free of charge.
• Extra bed with breakfast charged at 600 THB per person/per night.
• Baby cot for child 0-3 years charged at 300 THB per night

Pet policy: Pet is allowed.
Smoking policy : Smoking is not allowed in the room.
