Terms & Conditions

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT
The B&B shall require upon check in an Incidental Deposit of PHP 2,000.00 per room / per night. Any remaining amount will be refunded to the guest/s upon deduction of incidental charges incurred during guest/s stay.
CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME
The standard check-out time is at 1100 H and check-in time is 1500 H. However, should your guests wish to check-out after the normal check-out time, a corresponding charge amounting to Php 500 of the agreed contracted rates (inclusive of all prevailing taxes) will be applied.
ROOMING LIST
A final room list together with the flight details or other relevant data should be submitted to the Reservations Office at least seventy-two hours (72 hours) prior to arrival date.
All reservations booked by Agency should be covered by a Company Booking Order and sent to the B&B Reservations Office. The Agency should direct all communication pertaining room reservations to the Sales or Reservations Office. All occupants of the room should be booked by the Agency. The B&B shall impose maximum occupants’ room policy. Extra person who is not booked/pre-registered by the Travel Agency will be charged additional room.
SAME DAY BOOKING
For reservations on the same day, the B&B reserves the right to automatically release non-guaranteed reservations four (4) hours prior to guest arrival. Notice of projected delays beyond four (4) hours must be relayed to Reservations Office/Front Office.
EARLY CHECK-OUT and EXTENSION OF STAY PROCEDURES
Full duration of stay mentioned in the Booking Order provided shall be charged to the guests in cases wherein the guest/s shorten their stay / check-out at an earlier date. Should the guest/s extend his stay beyond the original reservation / booking made, request is subject to availability. Assignment of B&B rooms shall be at the discretion of the B&B.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The B&B will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statues of the Philippine Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the B&B. However, any cancellation of the whole event due to force majeure or fortuitous events, guests will have the option to:
• Re-book the unused room, tour, meals and other arrangements with no rate changes within three (3) months from the original date of arrival
• Refund of fifty percent (50%) of the unused room, tour, meals and other arrangements. Any transaction charges for the refund (i.e. bank charges) will be shouldered by La Casa Di Beatrice. Refund will only cover room and meal arrangements within the B&B.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The B&B shall not be liable for any loss or damage or injury to the person or property of the client or any of its guests, sustained while in the B&B premises and/or outside of the hotel for activities coordinated by the resort except when such loss, damage or injury is due to the willful act or gross negligence of the B&B or any of the employees. The B&B does not permit the staging of indecent, lewd and/or other shows or presentations that go against normally acceptable moral norms or standards. Furthermore, B&B Management shall have the right to stop such acts if client conceals such intention from the B&B.

Payment Policy

Should the actual materialized booking be more than the minimum number of rooms stipulated, the engager shall be billed for the actual number of rooms occupied.

Unless a pre-approved credit facility is available, all payments must be settled on or before the option date in cash or credit card. Should payment be settled using a credit card, the B&B will require a signed letter of authorization for La Casa Di Beatrice Panglao Bohol to charge the account. Same letter should include a copy of the front and back portions of the credit card and a valid ID with same signature specimen.

OPTION DATES
If no payment has been made on the option date provided by the B&B, the room blocking shall automatically be released. Room blocking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the payment.

NON-COMPLIANCE
If required deposits, guarantees, or payments are not received by the dates indicated, regrettably, the reservations may be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Reinstatement of the reservation can only be made upon receipt of payment and to the extent that rooms are then available.

Cancellation Policy

NO- SHOW & CANCELLATION
A “No-Show” charge equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the total guaranteed rooms and meals arrangements shall be billed to the Agency for guest/s who did not check-in on the night of the reservation date.

FIT
Cancellation for individual bookings shall be charged a fee equivalent to one hundred (100%) of the total guaranteed rooms and meals arrangements in case the Agency fails to notify the B&B seven (7) days prior to the expected arrival of guest/s. Fifty (50%) of the total guaranteed rooms and meals arrangements in case the Agency fails to notify the B&B fourteen (14) days prior to the expected arrival of guest/s.

GIT
Cancellation for group bookings shall be charged a fee equivalent to one hundred (100%) of the total guaranteed rooms and meals arrangements in case the Agency fails to notify the B&B fourteen (14) days prior to the expected arrival of guest/s. Fifty (50%) of the total guaranteed rooms and meals arrangements in case the Agency fails to notify the B&B twenty one (21) days prior to the expected arrival of guest/s.

PEAK SEASON DATES (FIT/GIT)
Cancellation of bookings shall be charged a fee equivalent to one hundred (100%) of the total guaranteed rooms and meals arrangements in case the Agency fails to notify the B&B forty-five (45) days prior to the expected arrival of guest/s.
