Payment.
Payments are due at the time of booking or 14 days before arrival in full for peak periods or 7 days for other periods.
Check out
• Check-out time is not later than 10 am
• Late check out available only by prior arrangement - fees may apply
Parking
• One car-parking space is provided for each unit
• Cars should be parked front to fence at all times
• No parking is available for visitors’ cars at any time
• Boat and trailer parking by prior arrangement only
Garbage disposal
• Please use wheelie bins thoughtfully, ie no plastic bags, food scraps, pizza boxes, etc in the recycle bins (yellow lids)
• Please freeze prawn/seafood waste until garbage collection day (Sunday night)
Visitors
• Day and/or overnight visitors are not permitted at peak times
• Day and/or overnight visitors may be permitted in off-peak periods subject to unit capacity and only with prior approval – overnight casual rates will apply
• Casual fees may apply to day visitors
General
• Children in the pool and laundry areas should be supervised at all times
• Our grassed area is intended for passive recreation. Please use the local Lions Park (two-minute walk) for cricket, football, bikes, scooters, kites, etc
• Two bikes are available for guest use on request at no charge (see Steve)
Fishing
• Please do not leave fishing rods/lines unattended on the jetty or retaining wall
• A fish-cleaning facility is available adjacent to the boat ramp next door. Please do not clean fish in the units at any time
