Please note we are unable to do early check-ins.
We are a small business and need time after guests have checked out to service rooms and have everything perfect for your arrival.

No pets are allowed in the grounds or inside the accommodation
Smoke free policy
In the interests of all guests, no smoking is permitted within the guest rooms or grounds of La Perouse Lorne.
Smoke affected rooms will be charged an airing and cleaning fee $550
Room Keys
A $50 fees applies for lost keys, TV and air-conditioning remotes
Minibar
If you forget to report items taken from the minibar prior to departure we will charge your credit card for these items accordingly.
Bond
Your credit card will be held as security bond from the date of booking until your departure.
Breakages / damage and losses to the property, including any non-standard cleaning requirements (e.g. damage to furniture) are to be reported to us immediately. We reserve the right within reason to charge your credit card after your stay up to $1,000 under these circumstances.
The owners of La Perouse are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property. You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation insurance and personal belongings since these items are not covered by the owners' insurance.
Payment Policy
Valid credit card details are required to secure a booking. Your card will be charged 14-30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee.
If you are unable to travel due to a diagnosis of COVID-19, your booking can be rescheduled to another date without penalty other than a $50 administration fee. A difference in nightly rate may apply to reschedules. La Perouse may request proof of positive COVID-19 test.
In the event that services are impossible to fulfil due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar the amount paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued.
No shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee.
