Terms & Conditions
Guest Resort Policies:
1. Standard Check-In time is at 2:00 p.m. local time.
2. Standard Check-Out time is at 12:00 p.m.; failure of guest to vacate the room on expiry will incur additional charges for late Check-Out and the management shall have the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the room should the need be necessary.
3. Strictly no smoking inside the rooms.
4. Guests are particularly required to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed.
5. Bringing of dangerous or hazardous goods are strictly prohibited.
6. Bringing of firearms is strictly prohibited.
7. Gambling, contraband, drugs and prostitution are strictly prohibited.
8. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
9. No cooking (suba) within the resort property.
10. Outside food and beverages may be subject to corkage fees.
11. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
12. Guests are expected to abide to all acts and laws of the Philippine Government.

Only accept cash payments.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
