DEPOSIT POLICY:
Reservation Fee Deposit upon arrival is PHP1,000.00 per Room Accommodation/Cottage Reservation (Incidental Deposit).
Payment for the total room/cottage charges and additional incidental deposit equivalent to the total number of stays must be given upon check-in. Reservation Fee is non-refundable upon receiving the confirmation. Incidental deposit is refundable upon check-out if no incidentals are consumed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No same day cancellation. Guest must inform the resort of the request for cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancelled reservation is entitled for reschedule (one time only) within 3 months from the first date of guest reservation.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Guaranteed or paid bookings are subject to penalty charge equivalent to the whole duration of stay.

RATES POLICY:
* 1-3 years old is free of charge in room and breakfast
*4-10 years old is PHP300. 00 per head with complimentary breakfast(Hotel Room)
*Extra Pax PHP 600. 00 with complimentary breakfast(Hotel Room)
Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charge will apply.
*Extra bed set-up PHP 1, 000.00 with complimentary breakfast
*Extra Pax PHP 700. 00 with complimentary breakfast(Dorm Casitas)
*4-10 years old is PHP500. 00 per head with complimentary breakfast(Dorm Casitas)
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The resort appreciates the observance of our smart casual dress code, while dining at the restaurant outlets and the Resort’s Lobby.
Bathrobes, bedroom slippers, are not appropriate for the dining
experience and ambiance we have created for you.
SWIMMING ATTIRE CODE:
Bathing Suit, Rash Guard Swimwear, Cycling Shorts/ Leggings, Jersey short Without pocket.
NOT ALLOWED:
Cotton Material Blouse / Shirt / Sando , Shorts with zipper or buttons, Maong Shorts, Jewelries, Coins in Pocket
OTHER POLICY
1.We do not allow bringing of foods and drinks inside the resort premises. If you pursue on bringing, corkage will apply
2. Smoking inside the rooms are prohibited. If you need to smoke, kindly ask our staff where is the right spot to enjoy your break.
3.No hanging of clothes on the balcony, use the clothes rack in the restroom
4.Please turn off all the electrical devices before leaving. (Television, aircon, lights, ceiling fan)
5.Strictly no diving at the infinity pool.
6.Do not lose your room key, charge for lost key is P500.00
7.Wear your facemask all the time.
8.Pets like dogs, cats or any other animal must have cage, leash and diapers.
RIGHT TO DENY ACCOMMODATION ENTRY
1.LaSersita Casitas will refuse service or evict a guest for refusal or failure pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of the other guests.
2.The resort management reasonably believes bringing in something that creates an unreasonable danger or risk to other, and to resort property.
3.Whose use of a room or accommodation would violate the facility’s maximum capacity.
4.The resort management reasonably believes will use a room or the facility for unlawful purpose.
