Terms & Conditions

Management Policies and Rules
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the
following as an agreement between the guest and the "LEAF" (hereinafter called 'Management') under which rooms
are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-
1) Check-in
Please present your Passport/ NIC or Driving license upon Checking-in.
Check in time- 2.30 pm.
2) No Smoking inside the Bungalow
Please note that SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the bungalow premises.
3) Settlement of Bills
All guests are expected to make the payment in full for the basis that is booked at least Two (2) weeks
before checking in & whatever the extras applicable whenever the food/ beverages are served/ services are
provided.
Cash, credit cards are acceptable while personal cheques are not accepted.
4) . Meal times
Meals will be served in the main dining hall at the below mentioned times.
Breakfast - 07:30am to 09:30am
Lunch - 12:30pm to 02:30pm
Dinner - 07:30pm to 09:30pm
5) Service & Kitchen
Please note that NO COOKING/ preparation of food & drinks are done at the kitchen after 10.30pm. Therefore
guests are kindly requested to place their last food/ drinks order by 10.00pm. Also NO SERVISE will be done in the
bungalow between 11.00pm- 6.00am.
6) Guest's Belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed.
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings
or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause
whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
7) Pets
Pets are not allowed in the property.
8) Hazardous Activities
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent
food are strictly prohibited on Bungalow premises.
9) Playing loud Music
Written prior approval from the management of LEAF should be obtained if the guests are planning to play loud
music/ DJ/ bands at the time of booking the bungalow, since the LEAF is a place that promote the tranquility &
silence.
10) Departure
Check out time is 10.30 am. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension
could be considered depending on the availability of rooms & if so normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the
guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her
belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
11) Damage to Property/ Breakages
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or
any person for whom they are responsible.
In the unfortunate event of any breakages or harm to the property of ͞Leaf͟, the management retains the right to
claim re-imbursement from the guest. The value of the loss will be decided at MaŶageŵeŶt’s discretion.
