Upon Booking please contact us with any other relevant information such as Mobile phone and Valid Credit Card as your booking can not be confirmed with out these two important items.

Due to COVID-19 ABM require full names, date of birth and address of ALL guests prior to arrival.

Where a booking is cancelled before the six week period prior to the date of arrival, A-B-M will refund
the deposit amount received, less a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations within six weeks to arrival will
forfeit all deposits paid (less 15% cancellation fee of total booking amount) unless a replacement booking is able to be confirmed
at the same rate for the same dates.

ABM are NOT part of the Lift Company and therefor takes NO responsibility that in the case you can NOT obtain Lift Passes and you choose to cancel your accommodation then NO refunds will be given if cancelled WITHIN the 6 week of arrival, and the Cancellation policy of cancelling within 6 weeks of arrival conditions will apply.

ABM are NOT part of the Lift Company and therefor takes NO responsibility that in the case you can NOT obtain Lift Passes and you choose to cancel your accommodation then NO refunds will be given if cancelled OUTSIDE the 6 week of arrival, and the cancellation policy OUTSIDE 6 weeks of arrival terms And conditions will apply.

During COVID-19 times ABM reserve the right to cancel all and any inter- state bookings during travel restrictions and out side travel restrictions up to and within 24 hours of arrival.
During COVID-19 times ABM reserve the right to cancel and refuse any guests upon arrival who is displaying any flu like symptoms at no cost to ABM and NO REFUND will be given.
COVID-19 Up dated booking terms and conditions Are in place to preserve the health and safety of our selves, our employees, guests and our Village.
ABM reserves the right to shorten a stay or change the arrival and departure date to meet COVID-19 cleaning regulations.
ABM requires all names and dates of birth of every person staying in the apartment, without this information access may be denied.

ABM reserve the right that If a Booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 ABM will refund the booking amount in full MINUS a 15% of total booking amount to cover admin OR be given the option to transfer your booking and all deposits received to the following year to ensure your place is held and secure *the rates will increase for the following year and will need to be confirmed.

Payment Policy

Please contact us within 24 hours of booking with your preferred method of payment.

Where paying with a Credit Card you will incur a 3% card fee.

If paying with direct deposit details provided please ensure you reference your surname and send an email letting us know you ahem down a direct deposit so we can keep an eye out for it.

Alpine Boutique Apartments reserve the right to hold a $1000 deposit against a valid credit card on arrival for the duration of your stay as a security Bond against any damages. This Bond will be returned within 3 business days.
