Terms & Conditions

1. Limited Membership is $2.00 per year and is included in the accommodation charges for all adult non-members at time of booking.
2. Payment in full must accompany this Reservation Application within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled.
3. Reservations are not transferable without the approval of the Booking Officer.
4. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent).
5. All children 2 years old and younger stay free. A cot can be supplied, subject to availability.
6. Direct Deposit transactions do not incur any charges. Visa and Mastercard transactions attract a 2% surcharge.
7. Booking Officer may reallocate rooms based upon reservations and their check-in check-out dates.

Payment Policy

If paying by credit card then full payment is required at time of booking. If paying by direct debit then please state this in the comments section but still enter your credit card details. The funds must be received into the LASC account within 7 days from time of booking and prior to date of arrival, otherwise the credit card transaction will be processed. Cancellation Policy

A partial refund ( amount paid less a 20% administration fee) may be given at the discretion of the Booking Officer if the bed is taken by another guest.

***2022 COVID-19 related modification to Cancellation Policy***

If you are required to cancel part or all of your booking due to travel restrictions imposed by govt (such as lockdowns or closed borders) or if the resort is closed due to due to Victorian Government COVID-19 restrictions, you will receive a refund for the directly impacted dates and/or directly impacted guests relevant to your booking.

If your booking is only partially impacted by any of the above covid-related situations, but the whole booking is cancelled, a refund may also be given for the non-directly impacted dates or guests at the discretion of the booking officer if the bed or room is booked by another guest .

For example, if your booking is for 7 days, but the resort is closed for the first two days of your booking, you will be refunded the booking cost for these 2 days. If you elect to cancel the entire booking, the additional 5 days will only be refunded at the discretion of the booking office if they are re-booked by another guest.
