The apartments are located in the Jack Frost building, one of the iconic central areas of Mt Hotham, there are a range of studio, 2 bedroom and 2.5 bedroom apartments which are fully self contained, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a fully operational kitchen. A large balcony with views of the Davenport area, a large bathroom with operational spa bath/shower. A cosy open plan living and dinning area, as well as spacious rooms with large inbuilt wardrobes.
These apartments are right at bus stop 7 so you can either walk directly out of your door to the FREE bus or across the road and ski/board straight to the lifts. The apartments have a bar/restaurant in the building .

Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions
ACCOMMODATION PRICING
All prices are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without notice.
All reservation requests are subject to availability. Any verbal or written quotes are an estimate only of the price and will be confirmed at time of booking.
BOOKINGS
To confirm your reservation we require a 15% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance 1 calendar month prior to arrival.
BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN 1 MONTH OF ARRIVAL DATE
Reservations made within 1 calendar month off the arrival date require full payment at the time of making the reservation.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
All non-direct bookings from third party sites are processed in full as per their sites payment terms and conditions

Direct deposits and major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard. American Express and Cheques are not accepted.

CANCELLATION
*Any Cancellations 30 Days or more before your Check in date will incur the 15% fee of the booking total.
* Any Cancellations within 30 Days of Check in date will incur 50% fee of the booking total.

If you are unable to make it due to a COVID Lockdown a 15% fee of your booking total will incur, Alternatively we can reschedule to another date for you.
PARKING: Available free on site in Summer only, Winter Paid Parking only available approx 500m away visit www.alpineeasyaccess.com.au for information.
CHECK IN
Check in time is guaranteed from 3.00pm. Every action will be taken to accommodate early arrivals, but is not guaranteed. Luggage storage is available.
CHECK OUT
Checkout is STRICTLY 10.00am. There will be no refund for early departure. A late checkout fee of 50% of the daily apartment tariff will apply if the property is not vacated prior to or by the designated checkout time. Luggage storage is available.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & CLEANLINESS
Whilst being a guest at IHP Lionshead and Jack Frost apartments you are responsible for any loss or damage to the property. A credit card pre-authorization must be received upon check in as a security deposit/bond. Major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, The preauthorization will lapse after 3-5 business days after your departure, provided the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. Please note that the IHP Lionshead and Jack Frost Apartments are non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Any signs that these 2 actions have occurred, or that the apartment is left in an unreasonable state, will result in a deep cleaning fee of $400. You will also be asked to vacate your apartment and find alternate accommodation if deemed necessary.
TRAVEL INSURANCE*
Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. You may have the potential to claim in the event of:
• Personal liability, death, accident or illness
• Damage or permanent loss of luggage and personal effects during travel
• Cancellation fees and lost deposits that you can't recover in any other way; if your journey is cancelled or shortened at any time through circumstances either expected, intended by you, or outside your control
• Road closures due to unexpected or untimely weather conditions.
GUEST BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
As a guest of IHP Lionshead and Jack Frost it is expected that you will respect the amenity of the adjoining apartments. The apartments adjoin The Jack Frost bar which is a licenced venue. Security and bar staff will apply the same standards re: conditions of entry to both apartment guests and other patrons without favour. Intoxicated and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Gross misconduct may result in eviction if deemed appropriate.
Payment Policy
*A 15% Deposit is required to secure your Accomodation at time your booking is made.
*Full balance of your Booking total will be charged 1 month prior to Check in.
