A fifty (50%) deposit is required upon booking confirmation. (for 2 nights and more )
Reservations for an overnight stay only must be fully paid in advance.
No refund will be made in reducing the number of rooms initially reserved, and on change of room type.
No show is non refundable and non rebookable.

RESORT GUEST POLICIES
Welcome to Lisland Rainforest Resort. Your safety and comfort is our primary consideration.
Please abide by our guest policies at all time.
1 - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and / or bathrooms. Smokers may use the Veranda and /
or designated smoking areas where permitted.
2 - Other personal appliances such as iron, coffee maker and other items that are plugged is not allowed
unless permission is granted by Management.
3 - You must hang The DO NOT DISTURB sign outside your door if you do not wish any of The Staff
( housekeeping ) to enter your room while you are out.
You must hang the PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM outside your door if you want housekeeping staff
to do so.
4 - Visitors of Registered Guest - Maximum of two ( 2 ) are permitted to enter registered guest's rented
room during visiting hours of 9:00 A.m. to 9:00 Pm.
Should you request for extra towels and others for visitors, extra person charge is applied. Visitors
remaining past 11:00 Pm. Shall be automatically charged extra persons charges without necessity
of informing registered guest. As Security measure all visitors shall be required to sign The visitors
logbook and leave a valid ID with The Front Desk to monitor who is in the hotel premisses.
Hotel assumes no liability for guest property when visitors have been admitted into guest rooms.
Extra person charges is P 350.00 per head . ( Price is subject to change without prior notice )
5 - Massage Therapy by third party providers. Therapists are visitors who must log-in accordingly.
Third party service contractors is allowed but they must bring towels and other items for
the service. If items such as linens, beddings , towels are stained by oil and other therapeutic items,
to be charged accordingly to guests. If Therapists are directly hired by the guest, the hotel assumes
no liability for guests property.
6 - As a Policy. Guests are not allowed to bring in food as we have a restaurant and bar. In case, guest
has brought in food , a corkage fee of P 200.00 / dish will be charged automatically to guests.
- Third Party, outside Food Deliveries , outside deliveries shall be charged a fee to offset additional
clean-up / trash-out of food that are not prepared by our in-house kitchen. Borrowing of eating
utensils from our kitchen shall not be entertained.
- Corkage fee for each delivery ( regardless of numbers of individual orders ) P 200.00
- Separate deliveries at different times is P 100.00 per delivery.
- Volume delivery is not allowed.

Other Prohibitions :
1 -Over Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
2 -Threatening of abusive words towards staff
3 -Failure of guests to settle all charges that were incurred during their stay. ( Example : If the original
reservation is overnight and guests wish to extend their stay, for additional night, an advance payment
is required for the additional number of nights.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of down payment depends on how far in advance you inform us of your cancellation:
1. 45 days prior to the actual date of stay, 75% refund
2. 30 days prior to the actual date of stay, 50% refund
3. 14 days prior to the actual date of stay. 25% refund
4. 7 days prior to the actual date of stay, NO refund

In cases of cancellation due to "force mejeure", the Hotel shall not be responsible for the cancellations or failures if such cancellations which arises out of causes beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or of public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, earthquakes, computer or communication failures, and severe weather.

While we cannot return your down payment in such events, conversely, you can rebook it within a 3 month period from the date of cancellation (This policy is subject to room availability).

No refund will be made in reducing the number of rooms initially reserved, and on change of room type. For shortening of stay, policies # 1,2,3 and 4 will be observed.
