The Margaret River Bed and Breakfast has four fabulous rooms each with double spa hidden in 9 acres of beautiful native forest. Boutique, modern and eco-friendly B&B with a huge lounge specially designed to help you relax and enjoy your stay. Pam and Dirk invite you to experience a gourmet Australian breakfast and the warm hospitality of a personalised Bed and Breakfast at its best!
Each bedroom has a luxurious King Bed in a spacious room with beautifully appointed en-suite. Separate shower, double spa-bath, twin hand basins and separate toilet. Wall heater and towel rail, hair drier. Satellite TV and Google TV with Netflix. Individual patio overlooking the garden and pristine forest. An extensive continental breakfast is included. Juices, fresh fruits and compotes, cereals, a range of yoghurts, toasted homemade bread, waffles or pancakes. Plus, a platter of ham, salami and cheese. Local Berryfarm jams and honey from our own bees. Espresso coffee and a range of teas. Huge common lounge with Netflix on large screen TV with 7.1 surround sound. Tea/coffee/biscuits and evening port available in the lounge and an Allsorts jar.
The B&B is centrally located for all the attractions in the Margaret River Region. Exquisite Caves, Giant Karri Forest, stunning beaches, spectacular Rocky headlands, peaceful estuaries, walks, cycle trails, canoeing, surfing, lighthouses and beautiful country scenery are all close by. Many magnificent wineries like Vasse Felix but also many boutique, family operated wineries only producing just enough for each year. Over 60 wineries are within a 20 minute drive from the Margaret River Bed and Breakfast as well as 6 or more breweries and as many distilleries. All welcoming you to taste their produce or enjoy a lunch and degustation at their wonderful restaurants. Cheese, Chocolate, Coffee, Ice cream, Nougat, Cereals, Honey, Jams, Liqueurs, Olives are some of the many indulgences to be had in the region. Many of these and more come together every Saturday at the Margaret River Farmers Market.
Only 5 minutes from where the Margaret River meets the sea and the Prevelly/Gnarabup surf and swimming beaches. There are three restaurants there for you to enjoy.

5 minutes to the town of Margaret River with over 20 restaurants to choose from.

5-10 minutes to wine tasting at world famous vineyards such as Cape Mentelle and Walsh & Sons or have a fabulous lunch at Voyager or Leeuwin Estate or Xanadu Estate. There are over 100 cellar doors for you to try in the Margaret River Region. Let us suggest an itinerary for you to start.

3 minutes drive will take you to the beautifully maintained Margret River Golf Course or to a secret picnic spot on the banks of the Margaret River. 1 minute to walks through tranquil forest where you will feel totally secluded but there are many walks we can show you for you to enjoy.

This is the place to escape the outside world, experience the finest in quality food, wine, scenery and get away from the kids/work/stress. After a day of indulgence (or exercise), arrange a massage to ease away your cares, relax in your own double spa bath, wake up in a luxurious king bed and rise to a specially prepared breakfast of your choice. By confirming your booking, you agree to the Margaret River B&B Terms and Conditions as shown in www.MargaretRiverBnB.com. We maintain a non-smoking policy throughout our property, including the grounds. We sometimes need to change the room that you booked to one of our other 4 rooms. All our rooms are virtually identical with lovely outlooks so we are sure you will be perfectly comfortable.

Payment Policy

If payment was not taken by your travel agent, full payment will be taken from your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer to Zademus Pty Ltd (ABN 20 329 312 769) , St George Bank, BSB 116 879, Acc: 044076453, Ref. Booking No. Please email a receipt. We also may accept Qoin and other cryptocurrencies. You can also use PayID to 0414385350.
A pre-authorisation confirmation for the first nights tariff may be taken from your credit card at the time of booking.

Check-in is anytime after 3 PM but please call 97587002 if arriving late.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 3 days of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night tariff will be charged and 100% of the second night if the booking is over a weekend or public holiday.

Margaret River B&B reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage. All payments will be fully refunded in such an unlikely event or if possible we will endeavour to find you accommodation of equivalent standards.
