Our reception hours are varied. There is a call button at the reception door, and we are always contactable should you need us.
We operate a self check in /check out service at the Lochard Motor Inn.

SELF CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS-
(Late arrivals also follow below check in procedure)

-Upon arrival at Lochard Motor Inn there will be a notice in reception window with your name on it, detailing your room number and location.

-The KEY for your room will be in the door of your room.

-Your wi-fi password is in your guest book.

-Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement

-Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

- Guests are free to depart any time before 10am. Please leave your key in the door of your room so we know you have gone.

Our reception is open from 2-7pm, should you need assistance or information please don't hesitate to come in.

Payment Policy

The credit card provided to secure your reservation will be charged the full amount 7 days prior to your arrival.

GENERAL CANCELLATION -
Outside of 7 days prior to your reservation date cancellation is free.

GENERAL CANCELLATION-
Inside of 7 days prior to your reservation date the full amount will be charged to your credit card.

NO SHOW - In the event of a "non-arrival", the Loch Ard Motor Inn will charge the full amount corresponding to your reservation.
