Lolo Oyong Pension House is named after the grandfather of the owner. It is a small family-run business wherein the owners fell in love with the beauty of El Nido. Depsite the rough road, limited supply of electricity at that time, they pushed through with what they think will soon become one of the top tourist destination of the Philippines.
Lolo Oyong is located in the town center of Poblacion El Nido. It is a tourist inn nestled at the bottom of a towering limestone cliff and fronting the main Rizal Street. Lolo Oyong is a 5-10 min walk or one tricycle ride to the beach where motorboats are waiting for you to be ferried to the breathtaking lagoons and powdery white sand beaches of Bacuit bay. On the other side, Lolo Oyong is just 5 minutes by foot to the Canopy walk activity. Lolo Oyong is accessible to other restaurants and entertainment venue. It is your home away from home.

Terms & Conditions
-The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates. Any extension of stay will be charged to guest.
-A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Upon reservation, the credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
-In the event that a guest completes a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, Lolo Oyong reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
-This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
Check-in & Check-Out:
-You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room. Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out time is by 12nn. A valid government issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
-Should you arrive at Lolo Oyong prior to the normal check-in time, please approach Front Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.
-Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with Lolo Oyong Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12:01 nn to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
-No pets are allowed inside the rooms

-Only registered guests are allowed to stay inside the room
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge you for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Where Lolo Oyong parking, there may be a charge and/or limited spaces available and space may not be available for the duration of your stay. Terms and conditions may also apply to car park use. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage however caused (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Inn, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Inn, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from Lolo Oyong Pension if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
Lolo Oyong may revise, alter or delete any part of these General T&Cs and terms and conditions of any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
You shall indemnify and hold Lolo Oyong Pension House Inc. harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by Lolo Oyong Pension
To the extent permitted by law, Lolo Oyong Pension shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by Lolo Oyong
We require full payment before check-in.
Cancel 30 days prior to arrival date charge 100%, No Show 100% charge
Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
