The house has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 and Immediately behind the main house there is a 3 bedroom unit which can sleep up to 6. Also available fold out sofa beds to accommodate a total of 12-13 guests. Great outdoor entertaining area, fully fenced if you wish to bring along your fur baby.

*Check in 2 pm Check out 10 am- Other times by arrangement with the management
*On departure please ensure all lights, air cons-heaters off and the house keys are left on the kitchen table
*The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition-all food must be removed from the fridge and rubbish to be placed in bins provided.
*Please do not strip the beds as management and cleaners will address this, however we do appreciate towels, face washers and bathmats to be placed in the bathroom .
KITCHEN has hotplates, oven and microwave, electric frypan and plenty of crockery and cutlery
*As we are environmentally conscience please ensure unnecessary lights are off during the day and at night
*If air-conditioning or heating is in use please close all external windows and doors
*Toilet paper only to be flushed through the sewage system please
Bin liners are located in the kitchen
*Please park your vehicle so they do not block the driveway access, but feel free to park on the front section of the house
*In consideration of neighbours s please keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am
*Strictly NO cycling footwear to be worn inside ,in addition we have a "no bike inside" policy.There is a lockable shed if you wish to store your bikes Please bring your own padlock
*The BBQ is available outside and we ask your assistance in not moving the BBQ, turning gas off at the cylinder and cleaning after each use.
