Situated at Lot 1 Case St (cnr South Western Highway), the Manjimup Gateway Hotel offers affordable accommodation within close proximity to the Manjimup area. The Gateway is walking distance to Town, and a short drive to all the local fair: Truffle and Wine Co, Fonty’s Pool, Chestnut Grove Wines, Bibbulman Track, Diamond Tree Lookout, the 600 year old King Jarrah Tree.
Bella's Cafe has been transformed including a menu specialising in local produce and complimented with quality service in a newly renovated restaurant.
At the Gateway we are all about the food experience, having a wide range of speciality foods available which use local produce. The family have recently started doing wood fired in their new marquee area which has been furnished with pallet furniture created from Warren Bin pallets (locally).

Terms & Conditions
I agree to the following Terms and conditions of Manjimup Gateway Hotel:
I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred during my stay and all charges will be paid in full prior to departure.
There is NO SMOKING in any Manjimup Gateway Hotel rooms and I will be responsible for any excess cleaning charges and/or losses resulting from my stay, which will be my sole responsibly and will be charged to me in full. I am solely responsible for any activities and damages which may be caused by my guests. No pets are allowed on premises. No illegal activities will be undertaken by myself or my guests while on the premises.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Manjimup Gateway Hotel or their agents, representatives or licensors be liable to you for any loss or injury or any damages, either direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings) resulting from or in any way connected to the site or these terms & conditions, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Terms & Conditions of Stay: You (our guest) agree that you will pay to us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our hotel. You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. A current photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License) in the name of the registered guest is required on arrival and a copy will be retained by the Hotel. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check into Manjimup Gateway Hotel and identification will be required. You agree that checkout time is 10.00 am on the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time. You agree departure after that time may incur additional room charge. You agree that we may apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day. You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have departed from our hotel. You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration. You agree you are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 30 days of departure you agree to pay the total amount due on the receipt of our invoice. You agree to pay any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during your period of use. You agree to return the key for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys you lose or fail to return same. You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damages or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred. You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws, which apply to your stay. We grant you license to stay in our hotel and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving a reason. You agree we may use your email address to send you information.
Special Notice for Guests: Manjimup Gateway Hotel has a strict no party and/or no gathering policy which is enforced at all times. This allows Manjimup Gateway Hotel Gold Coast the right to refuse and/or evict any guest who does not abide by this policy.
Privacy Policy: We adhere to the National Privacy Principle relating to the collection of personal information. All information collected from you on this registration card is required either to meet the requirements of the State legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons, for billing purposes and to market our services to you. We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you. You must advise us if any details on this registration card are incorrect. All this data will be retained for the minimum length of time to comply with taxation and accounting requirements (usually seven years). Any personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel of the Operator. A charge will be levied if a copy of this paper registration card is required after six months from your departure. Copies (other than electronic data) are not available after two years. We will not knowingly permit any misuse of this data. We will adhere to our Industry Association standards for use of any personal information.
Payment Policy
• All prices are quoted in AUD per room per night
• Prices are subject to availability & can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency.
• Guarantee Policy: Guarantee with a credit card is required at time of making a booking via Manjimup Gateway Hotel’s website as well as on check-in to the hotel.
• Deposit Policy: A 20% deposit is required at time of booking.
• General Payment Policy: A credit card or cash bond MUST be presented on check-in to the hotel. Please note, if you are settling your account with any credit card a 1.5% credit card transaction fee will apply. You may choose to change the method of payment on check-out to cash or EFTPOS as these methods of payment do not attract this fee.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Policy: For any booking that requires payment on check-in to the hotel, booking must be cancelled by 2:00PM, 72 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is equal to cost of full stay. A no-show is a guest who does not check-in on the night their booking is reserved for. Any refunded fees (at the Manager’s discretion) will incur a $20 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 72 hours prior to check in date, any cancellation received after this time are non-refundable.
