Terms & Conditions

I acknowledge the Terms and Conditions that apply to my booking & stay as advised at the time of booking. It is acknowledged that:
All rooms & balconies are non-smoking. No candles or open flames are permitted in rooms
Check- out is 10am. A late check-out must be arranged directly with Management and if agreed additional fees will apply.
No refunds if stay is cut short for any reason.
Failure to return the key will incur a $100 charge.
The credit card pre-authorization or security deposit will be used to cover incidental charges including (but not limited to) breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges if the room is left in an unacceptable state.

NOISE & BEHAVIOUR -Excessive noise and music is NOT tolerated at any time. Guests are expected to be respectful at all times and quiet between 9pm and 9am and no music, TV or voices should be heard from outside the room at such time. No group congregations or parties in rooms is permitted or tolerated.

Immediate eviction with NO refunds applies to any breaches of this policy.

PARKING-LIMITED onsite parking is available but reservation is required and is subject to availability. A cost of $20 per day will be charged.

Payment Policy

You agree to make payment at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited is the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the “BOOK NOW” button on that page. Prices quoted are in $AUD.

· If you have elected to book and pay later a valid credit card is required at the time of booking however, full payment is not required until check-in.

· By providing your credit card your authorise Manly Waves to charge the credit card used for charges related to your booking, including cancellation fees

Cancellation Policy

· Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made prior to 2pm local time seven (7) days prior to arrival- No cancellation charge applies. Cancellations made after that time or if you do not show up for your booking, the whole (100%) accommodation tariff will be charged.

· Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:

Non- Refundable Bookings will attract 100% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be made on Non- Refundable Bookings.

· ALL BOOKINGS- There are NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason

· Management reserves the right to cancel bookings up to 7 days before arrival due to matters outside their control.
