Every adult in excess of 6 will be charged an additional of P300.00 per head/night. Maximum of two Children ( Below 5 years old ) are free of charge.

The Manora Apartments Terms and Conditions
The Full Payment for the duration of stay shall be paid upon check in
Check-in time is 2:00 PM / Check-out is at 12:00 NOON
You may request for a late check-out depends on the availability of the apartment and arrival of the next booked occupant.
Early check-in or late check-out will be charged accordingly if it’s more than two hours from check-in or check-out time. However, if the apartment is due to be occupied on time by the next booked guest, the outgoing guest must vacate the apartment. Their luggage maybe deposited at the office for safekeeping.
Check-in and Check-out:
1. IMPORTANT: Upon BOOKING, please indicate preferred check-in and check-out time. Otherwise we will consider check-in to be at 2:00 PM and check-out to be at 12:00 NN.
2. Please bring a photo copy of one government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, et.al.) upon check-in.
3. For security reasons only the Guest named in the Booking Confirmation is allowed to check-in for the group. In any case that the person booked is not present, the guest must show evidence of authorization.
4. Please inform us in advance for early check-in before 2:00 PM, otherwise you may not be allowed entry into the property.
Late check-out shall be communicated and approved as to avoid causing inconvenience to incoming guest. Late check-out above two hours will be charged per hour.
5. Upon check-out guest should return possession of the apartment, it’s keys remote controllers and all borrowed property from the Host, in good and tenantable condition as it was on check-in.
1. As this is your home away from home, please treat and respect our space as you would your own.
Kindly keep our property clean and in the same good condition when you first came in.
2. Please do not move any furniture around as they may cause damage to the floors if you must please LIFT while moving.
DO NOT DRAG FURNITURES. Full damage deposit will be forfeited if any scratches or damage is done on the floors or walls.
3. If you are booking for 4 to 5 persons we expect only 4 to 5 people to use the space. No house parties, rowdy activities or loud noises please. Kindly keep noise to a minimum and respect your neighbors.
a. A cleaning lady or boy will service the apartment three times a week to make your beds, sweep/mop the floors. Your trash will be collected every 3 days. Please let our staff know if you want your rooms cleaned; otherwise we do not enter your room.
b. Tips are not necessary but welcome if you are extra generous.
c. Our staff is trustworthy, but as extra precautions, please DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES in your rooms or in the apartment when you leave.
a. Please use utilities responsively. Switch off lights, air-conditioning unit, TV and other appliances except the refrigerator.
6. Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse but only outdoor areas please
7. PETS are not allowed.
a. Drugs and illegal activities. Anyone found to be involved in illegal activities or in possession of any quantity or form of illegal shall be evicted from the premises and refused entry by the building security. In addition, the Host retains and reserves the right to file criminal charges against such Guest with the police authorities.
b. Guns and firearms. You are welcome into our home, but your guns, firearms and other weapons of mass destruction are not.
c. Fireworks and explosives, and / or flammable items. Guests shall comply with all the reasonable conditions of our fire insurance policy from being brought or committed in the Guesthouse.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGES:
a. Please be responsible of your own belongings. Guests are responsible for all of their activities and those of their visitors. Any damage / loss that may occur during the stay shall be Guest’s responsibility.
b. Host is not responsible nor liable for any damages or accidents that may occur during the duration of your stay.
c. Any violation of above house rules will result in eviction of guest. Host reserves the right to seek any legal remedies necessary to recover any damages or liability.
d. Guest shall hold Host free and harmless from any liability, responsibility for damage or injury to any person or property arising out of as a consequence of this Agreement, or the use of the Leased Units by the Guest, their visitors, where the same is not due to the fault or gross negligence of the Host or its agents. Likewise, the host shall not be held responsible for any claim of loss, damage to property and other forms of liability caused by water leaks in the building’s piping system, misuse or malfunction of supplied materials, normal wear and tear of equipment/materials and force majeure (e.g., fire earthquake, typhoon and other disturbance causing seepage or breakage of glass windows).
e. Guest agrees to indemnify Host against any liability arising from or connected with the use of the Leased Units due to any breach or violation by Guest of the stipulations of these House Rules, or failure of Guest to comply with Philippines Government laws, regulations and issuance’s.

Request for early check-in depends on availability.

Free Cancellation up to 24 hours from check-in date.
Otherwise, a fee equivalent to one night stay will be charged.
